They were out of Magnesium Cloride (salt alternative) so as much as I understand I was not happy. They always seem to have what I need and I get 5% off every purchase with their credit card. That is more than anyone else so I shop there. I love the convenience right off of I66 at exit 6. Service is hit or miss.

W.T.F. ! went out of town memorial weekend. Came back monday morning found grease all over the drive way, on the side of house and all over the deck ! Lowes had someone pick up my grille for return to the store? i didn’t buy the grille from Lowes, Customer service sucks… So they realized they made a mistake and returned it, Parts of the grille laying in the drive way and on the deck, gas cylinder hose stretched
from them breaking the support for the cylinder !! Called store manager, keeps advising it will be taken care of still waiting for them to make good on destroying my property !! I think Lowes needs to stand behind the mistakes they make !!

I bought a door from Lowes to replace my 150 year old back door, it lasted seven years (dry rotted). Went back to Lowes bought another back door, had it painted with two coats of lacquer, rain came and the door leaked really, really bad. Told the man in charge of door sales, his solution was to install a storm door so my new door wouldn’t get wet. (Kid you not). How many do I buy before I learn not to buy from Lowes, Lord knows.

It is your standard Lowes, but I really like Lowes. This one doesn’t come up correctly when you get directions for some reason. So be aware of that if you are not sure where it is located. It is actually located right off of exit 6 on I66. On the same side as Walmart, which I believe comes up correctly when requesting directions.
