Robertson Pools

Roberson appears not able to meet plan for completion (found out after calling why we haven’t had anyone come out). Currently at 16 weeks since contract signed. 8 weeks since we broke ground. All that is left is clean up, sprinklers, and plaster. Not a big deal but its been a couple weeks since anything has been done and I was told it will be another week before they start cleanup. Essentially I was told we wont be done on time and they wont be out to clean up fast food trash, empty bottles and sharp objects including saw blades, not good when you have small children. Keep in mind no weather delays and this is the off season. If you plan to go with this company you have been warned.

Worst mistake I ever made was going with Robertson Pools to build my pool. They take your money then run. My pool is under warranty and they refuse to come fix their shabby work. Their day laborer a use cellphone to work at night cutting countertops! check out my video to see the quality of work you can expect from Robertson Pools. Have an attorney review the contract, my 45 – 60 day project turned into 7 months of hell.

It took 6 months to finish the pool (December 2014 to May 2015)!!!
I caused some of the delay due to changing the deck plan & adding an outdoor kitchen, but that was 2 – 3 weeks.
Since May, I have reviewed the punch list of the items that need to still be worked with the construction manager on several occasions. To no avail!!! No work has been done on the list of open items — VERY Disappointed. I have left voice messages with several people, and sent emails without any response.
In addition, there were subcontractors for the patio cover & the re sod of the yard.
No response from Platinum Fence (Justin) for the patio cover.
No real response from Allstate Landscape who replaced the sod (JD was the contact there) — I even paid extra for Zoysia — it is FULL of weeds & clover, and has been since the first month, no responses, except, let me check & get back to you.
My family is enjoying the pool, but it along with the items we purchased with it are not fully complete or what I paid for. Please come fix what you need to do!
As another person posted, the techs that do come out to work on equiment are nice, informative, and take the time to do things right, unlike the construction part of the business.

Contacted them to come out and quote us a pool and spa. They never showed up for their appointment. We called Ron and the office a half hour after the said appointment and they have yet to call us back. That was yesterday at 8 am. Apparently they don’t need new business.
