Tried out the class when I was in town and took my mom along with me. Luke was our instructor and the class was intimate and intense. Really like that the workout is only 30 minutes and you are able to choose your level and speed. Luke would walk around the class and help with form and encourage you along the way which I really appreciated. Highly recommend trying out the class as they offer a free first class to all.

Great place, no excuse to not work out. Put yourself first for 30 minutes and this place will transform you mentally and physically. It’s a group setting but when the clock starts its all about you and it really turns into personal training as you need it. Luke and Nadia are awesome and everyone that works out are all encouraging and not in each other’s business. With a free trial there is no excuse — with 30 minutes you’ll appreciate the intensity at your personal level.

I started POD because I wasn’t getting results working out on my own. I’m now in the best shape I’ve been in 25 years! In one mud run last year I came in 361st out of 965 runners. The same mud run this year I came in 38th out of 618. This workout does very well improving both stamina and strength! Pros: 1) 30 minutes a day is not a lot of time to invest for these results 2) It’s as easy or as hard as you want to make it 3) The owners/trainers know their members and what they can do 4) Location(for me) is very convenient 5) Clean 6) Workouts change enough to keep it interesting but show results/improvement

I tried POD for the first time on Monday and walking into a new gym is always a little intimidating. The moment I walked in I was greeted and they knew my name, gave me a full rundown on how the program works and met the lovely owners. How amazing is that??? Everyone was extremely welcoming and the workout is tough. I cannot wait to join soon. It is so nice to walk into a place and feel welcome. They also told me that they are dedicated and will help with my goals.

There are so many great things about POD Exercise, that I’m having trouble figuring out where to start. So, in no particular order of importance, here’s why I love it: 1) It’s a fantastic workout in a manageable amount of time. And, with each day focusing on a different muscle group, you can go every day without feeling like you’re killing yourself. 2) Luke and Nadia(the owners) are knowledgable, trustworthy, classy folks. They are experts in what they do, and it shows. From the workouts themselves, to the layout and design of the space, the thoughtfulness put into developing this concept is clear. 3) It’s totally affordable. 4) You are encouraged to go at your own pace and do what works for you and your body. Luke and Nadia closely monitor your movements to make sure you’re maximizing the impact of each exercise without causing injury, but they never«get in your face» or make a scene. This is — BYFAR — the most comfortable place in which I’ve ever worked out. 5) It’s FUN! The thirty minutes goes by in a flash. Whether you’re just starting out or at a more advanced fitness level, POD is a great place to exercise. I’m completely addicted to this place and I could not be more happy to have found it.

This is from a guy who HATES doing cardio. Love this place. I get an hours worth of excersize in only 30 minutes and that is awesome. Since my endurance is low I can still get a great workout and build my way up to the more advanced levels. The owners are supra positive and challenging, but also know how to let you do your own thing and stay out of the way and that is awesome. Great job Nadia and Luke. I started with a 10 pack and 6 classes in I switched to a 6 month plan, now its on! You will also like that neither lance Armstrong Or Arnold go here, so it is a really nice vibe. You can take the first class for free, so there is nothing to lose except a few gallons of sweat.

I love this place! The concept alone is awesome, but it’s really the owners that make it. Nadia and Luke and super nice, friendly, and really make an effort to show they care about each individual person. Aside from that, getting a super intense work out done in 30 minute is awesome. You never get bored with the work outs cause they’re constantly mixing it up. Love it :)

I love to work out. Have not been much into group exercise programs. Which is what I thought this was when I first went. But quickly realized it’s individualized personal training but with other people there. The intensity is at the level you want it to be… which I like my high, but if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t want that extreme intensity you get to take it to whatever level you want. The exercises are not canned and change constantly keeping you entertained and energized. in the month I’ve been there I’ve seen growth in both my strength endurance and over all condition. now I’m hooked and feel like I haven’t worked out in less I’ve been to POD… they know how to make it fun and you want to go.

I was in town visiting my wife’s family over Christmas. One of her best friends is a member of Pod Exercise. She knows I love to exercise and was away from my home gym, so she invited me to tag along. Man was i impressed. For starters, Pod Exercise’s look is very modern and clean. The aesthetics we very pleasing to the eye. Secondly, the WOD wore me out(in a good way). 30 minutes of constant movement is a great way to get or stay in shape. Luke explained how to do each exercise and how to appropriately scale it if you were unable to perform it. Lastly, Luke was very motivating while the workout was going on and was continually watching to make sure you were performing the exercises correctly. I would recommend POD Exercise to anyone looking for a great workout. I know I’ll be dropping in when I come into town.

This place is EXACTLY what I needed. It’s an intense but totally doable 30 minute workout that fits perfectly with my busy schedule. While I do workout at home, I often find I’m missing the extra energy I get with a trainer or group. At POD, we all workout together(but on our own) so you can go at your own pace while getting energized by your fellow students who are in it with you. Luke and Nadia are both very motivating and enthusiastic. They correct my form so I always feel safe. If you’re looking to get stronger, build stamina, lose weight or get motivated this is the place for you!

Yesterday was my first complimentary visit to POD Exercise. After just one workout I can already see and feel the results! The atmosphere is helpful and inviting. I think Luke puts a lot of effort to ensure each member is encouraged, motivated and performing the exercises safely and with proper form. In one visit I learned a lot about my body and how to effectively target certain muscle groups, thanks to Luke’s efforts and professional guidance. I look forward to signing up for classes on Monday and meeting everyone! It’s great to be with people who want to improve and strengthen their bodies and encourage each other. What a great challenge!

We’ve lived here for a little over a year & in that time I’ve tried 6 different workout facilities & not been happy with any of them. I like to workout hard — but no running! I’m not a Crossfit level exerciser(plus it’s expensive)! I don’t like hour long«fitness» classes — they’re either boring or just hurt my knees. Too many so-called bootcamps are little more than running around(in Texas heat no less)! I think on my 7th attempt I’ve finally found the place. It opened earlier this year — it’s called POD Exercise. It’s in the strip mall with ALDI’s. It’s a 30 minute full body workout. It’s not a «Curves» style place(no machines). You are doing calisthenics, plyometric, core and body exercises using equipment such as plyo boxes, free weights, pull up bars, and like items. Each day of the month it’s a different workout, with the cycle repeated 3 times. So you will do the a workout 1 time per month for 3 months, then a new series is introduced. It’s great to see how you improve over 3 months. I’m finally getting a great workout! Hope to see you there!

45 minutes. Yep, 45 minutes. Warm up, workout and cool down. 45 minutes. POD exercise is exactly what I needed. I’m updating my previous review sooner than I thought would because I am sold on POD. I work out(somewhere) a minimum of 5 days a week and 6 days max. The 7th day is for the Lord and rest. I worked out at POD5 days this week. Usually, I would alternate workout days between POD and 24 hour fitness. Challenging workouts but the exercises can be modified according to your fitness level. Luke and Nadia are really good people and they deserve great success!
