The owner Gene came to my home a few times for different rooms and honestly did a great job. I’ve had a few different companies over the years come by and he did the simplest and fastest of them all. Was on time, very professional and helped us solve the problem with my carpet.
Whats great is that it didn’t take long to dry!
Definitely calling again when my doggie has another accident!

Awesome Job! Courteous! Prompt! We had several pet stains that we have not had much luck getting rid of in the past. Gene took the time to really explain the process and we are so impressed with our pet stain-​free CLEAN carpet! We definitely will use him from now on.

Oxi Fresh Plano/​Frisco is the best! The owner Gene is super hospitable and all about great customer service. He took his time and did a great job and even followed up with me to make sure the stains were gone! My carpet also dried super fast and it didn’t smell weird!
The ONLY carpet cleaning service I’ll be using in the future. :)
