Another scam. Company failed to disclose another $ 500 that would be collected upon closing. I immediately cancelled the listing, emailed support for refund (per their page) and followed up with phone call to confirm receipt of refund request. 5 – 6 emails and 4 – 5 phone calls later they still refuse to refund my $ 278. Last phone call I was told that «Mike is very busy and he only works 2 hours per day… he’s the only one allowed to refund money». The whole time there are dogs barking in the background… I’m afraid this is someone running a scam out of their garage. I’ve filed a complaint with BBB of Texas — everyone else does as well so they get shut down.

I signed up for the $ 199 package for the sole purpose of getting my property on my local MLS. Then I find out (only after paying) that they don’t even have access to my local MLS. Dragging their feet on a refund. Very poor customer service. Would definitely NOT recommend using them. Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing their product.

…I tried to cancel within a week on purchase & prior to being listed on the MLS and they waited 1 full week to tell me my refund was refused. This was the worst customer service experience and I’m still waiting on a return call from the manager «Mike». I paid $ 99 for absolutely nothing…

MLS My Home is a scam. On Feb 28, 2016, I paid $ 149.95 to list my rental property on the MLS (Transaction ID XXXXXX5945). Soon after, I was contacted by a licensed Realtor who wanted me to sign additional paperwork in order to list on the MLS. I did not want to sign his paperwork, so I asked MLS My Home for a refund.
According to their webpage, «As long as your property has not already been listed on the MLS or Realtor com, you may cancel your order by calling customer support at (888) 476‑9990 during normal weekday business hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST.»
By phone and by email, I asked Jeannie Spencer three times to process my refund, but she refused. My rental home has not been listed on the MLS or Realtor com. This is consumer fraud, plain and simple.
Potential customers need to understand that the folks at MLS My Home do not think it is their job to list your home on the MLS. They apparently charge a fee to put you in contact with a Realtor who may or may not list your home on the MLS. However, I never heard from Joe Dale Iley (Texas Broker License #9 002 442), who represents MLS My Home. Instead, they referred me to a third party. What waste of time and money! Run away as fast as you can!
