This location doesn’t even deserve one star. Came here late night to get a small snack. Drive thru signage says 24 hours. Wrapped around the building twice. Saw two people sitting inside and pulled up where they could see me. The lady is the only one who communicated. She was trying to tell me they would open in a few hours and I asked her what that meant as the drive thru info shows 24 hours. She stated they were short handed and nobody could work the drive thru. I asked her why she couldn’t as she had a full uniform. She stated that she was only part of the cleaning crew. Then I requested manager information. She said her manager was with her. Kinda sad when the manager cannot even speak to you himself and sends his employee. Plus, I guess he was the cleaning crew manager because obviously he couldn’t even operate the business for the time frame they say that they are open. I’m giving the one star from stopping me from making a mistake and ordering a snack that was probably an easy few hundred calories. They wonder why they are struggling… I guess you can throw customer service in with the many reasons now. *Sorry for any run-on’s, incorrect grammar, and spelling mistakes.

Had to wait for a really long time at the window just waiting for a large Coke. They kept coming up and asking me what my order was. I would tell them what I ordered and no matter how simple it was they never went and did it right away. They just stood there asking about the other order they thought I had.

Hi! Former employee here The day I stopped working here, I bought food from there and they purposely ignored the fact that it was already made and waiting in the heater. So, since they want to be rude since I no longer work there, why don’t I spill all those nasty things you don’t see ;) When you ask for a shake but they accidentally put whip on it, they just scrape it off and stir the remainder. If you ask for nonfat milk, 9⁄10 times they still just make it with regular milk. Also the manager, Mario, as well as other cooks don’t use gloves and give out food that was made on accident, even if it was there for thirty minutes to bring doe food cost since they’re already missing plenty of money. They also let meat get really old, food get really stale and still put them in your bags and sandwiches. It was the worst job ever and the store is a joke. I loved all of my managers besides that pervert(and prolly pedo) Mario, but I’m not sorry for putting them on blast for treating me like dirt while I was working and when I wasn’t. This place is horrible, management should all be fired along with the staff and started over from scratch. They are slow as hell, the supervisor/manager is no better than the workers, they look clueless. Does McDonalds train their staff or is it trial by fire. I love McD but this location is in a prime location whereas knowingly they’d expect volume and be equipped to handle it, unfortunately these folks are not and have no idea how too. And this is not the first time this has occurred. It’s ashamed people are walking out and the look on waiting folks face says everything. Orders are wrong and incomplete. Bring in a new crew and by all means train them and get managers that know what they doing and not promoted from the fry station. Need I say the drive-thru staff is even worse. OMG, I could have grown my own food and farmed animals faster with more accuracy. They need a Army/Marine drill Sargent in there running things!!!

Same song, second verse. Today, loooooong wait behind two cars in drive thru. When I got there, cold fries, a sandwich that was likely assembled in 1983, and a DP instead of Diet Coke. I hate DP. And no napkins. Had I not been a hurry, I’d have gone inside(again) to get it corrected. Maybe this is the Universe’s way of telling me to lay off the junk food…

I am outraged in the poor service I received tonight at your store. I waited in the drive-thru from start to finish for about 15 minutes before I demanded my money back. Which took 2 times to get the correct amount. The car in front of me drove over the curb to leave and didn’t even get their food. The«service» employees at the front were too busy flirting with your customers. Two different times I saw customers come behind the counter. I asked an employee to come over to request my refund and she laughed and said no. The other girl stuck her hand in her bra to get her phone and texted while I waited. You need to re-evaluate your employees and management. This experience was simply unacceptable.

This Mcdonalds is a disaster. It is dirty. On a Sat morning it only had 2 cashiers one appeared to be a trainee. He couldnt even make change. The lines were long and food wait was long too. Avoid this one.

I unfortunately have to frequent this McDonalds more than i care to… how is it possible to be this slow, dirty, inattentive, untrained, and did i say slow? Yes it has a newer design but the place is so filthy most of the time you can’t enjoy it. Is this McDonald’s?

This McDonald’s has a ways to go. Inside is nice — one of the new designs, but the tables weren’t cleaned timely, tons of soda spray evident near the soda machine, and SLOW service. Went just after 11 am on a weekday with only one person ahead of me in line. I ordered Filet-O-Fish, so I expect at least 5 minutes of waiting because they usually have to cook them fresh. Person in front of me was still waiting for food when I got mine(after a full 5+ minutes). Only one person taking orders inside, no expediter, and no one to clean tables — I think they may be understaffed. Drive-thru seems faster than eating in. I will keep going back here and I’m hoping their staffing issues can be addressed. Will re-review in a few months.
