McDonald’s

Lol, idc what anyone says, this McDonald’s has never let me down. I’m always at this location when I’m in the area, rather than on Eldorado and they are amazing! Even when they were short staffed tonight, they still did exceptionally. The food is always hot and fresh, comes out quick, and all the employees are pretty nice. Great job!

Yep horrible location. Funny they upsize drinks and don’t even ask they just do it and hand you a large when you get up there. Then don’t fill the large drinks up all the way. Sad location, might as well shut this one down

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Having to wait for 20mins going through the drive thru is just ridiculous. This happens every time I visit this location. It’s either the management isn’t bothered or they just don’t have the culture of good customer service.

I went here because I was craving some chicken nuggets and hamburger from McDonald’s. They got my order right, gave me enough bbq sauce and I was in and out of the drive through. The hamburger I think was made to order because it was hot but the negative was my 20 piece nuggets were a little tepid so I think they were slightly older. Overall a standard McDonald’s.

Well alrighty then ummmm how is it that coffee at 6am is cold?
I ask for a large hot coffee with cream and sugar, I get my only order, stir it up and take that sip. To my disappointment, it was room temp (cant even tell if it had cream/​sugar).
I go back and politely ask for another cup because mine was room temp and they gave me a fresh cup since they just made it. Perhaps my last cup was the last serving before they needed more.
I only went for coffee and to sit before starting my day.

In order for me to deal with the general public (and even folks at work), I need coffee and it has to be right!

We have been at this location a few times. Each time they were very slow. A few months later, we came back to order two drinks. They were out of DrPepper. We left with no order.

I have a word of advice for the high school kids working at this establishment.
During your shift, do not invite your friends to come to eat there if they must tease you while you’re trying to work and play/​joke around loudly while paying customers are trying to enjoy a meal. Not only is it disrespectful but it’s very unprofessional.

This location should seriously be shut down. My wife and I have tried here 3 or 4 times trying to give them the benefit each time but all times we’ve went they’ve fell way short. These tries have varied over the past 4 or 5 months. Problems vary from lack of being professional in the drive thru, to getting vanilla milkshakes with a slight chocolate syrup swirl when i ordered a chocolate milkshake, to getting a mcflurry where none of the candies were mixed in (just dumped and piled on top) to finally last night my wife got food poisoning from either or both of their nuggets and fries. Fries are never crisp, always soggy and cold and the nuggets typically are cold too. I know it’s mc d’s and i shouldn’t have high expectations but any location beats this one and the mc d’s at 121 and preston beats the heck out of this one.
Long story short: STAY AWAY FROM THIS MC DONALDS LOCATION!

Most of the time, they get your order correct here, and everything is fine. Occasionally, they mess up and mess up big. Today, I ordered one item for lunch (through drive-​thru), but got something completely different. Unfortunately, I was already home when I discovered it.
