We were out to pick up some late night cravings and decided to come to this location. I understand they were short staffed. The manager who took care of us was very nice and friendly.

Worst McDonald location ever!!! They mess up your order about 90% of the time. It happens to me almost every-​time I visit no matter what time of the day it is. It just happened again this morning. I Ordered four sausage and egg biscuits, got all sandwiches with just the eggs and no sausage. Wtf! It’s just ridiculous to the point that I had to call the manager to notify her of this ongoing fiasco and even felt compelled to write this review. Sadly this is the closest location to our home. They have some pleasant employees, however, they need to step up the quality control and order accuracy

I have to say the dude above who reviewed and is a «regular» seems like a hardcore McDonald’s lover so I think McDonald’s needs to get it together at this location before they lose their #1 customer at all locations.

One star is WAY too generous for this place, but that’s the lowest you can give them. It is hands down the absolute worst McDonalds location on the planet and I’ve been to a lot of them. Be prepared to wait FOREVER at any time of the day or night. NEVER go here if you’re remotely in any kind of a hurry. The wait is often beyond ridiculous and expecting to get what you ordered is just dreaming. Sometimes I’ll be told to order something else because the shake or smoothie machine is broken, being cleaned, or whatever. Sometimes I get to the window and they have no clue what I ordered. The place is open 24 hours and sometimes is the only place open. Late at night I’ve gone here with no one in line at the drive through and have had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order.

I ordered an oatmeal & when I pulled forward to pick my food up I heard the gentleman jokingly say to his collage «Would you like some oatmeal with your cream.» I should have checked my order! I just arrived at work to find a ½ full oatmeal bowl that is all cream with little flakes of what I would assume is oatmeal & it is freezing cold. I called three times and no one is picking up :(I will not be returning to this location!

This is the worst McDonalds I have been to in the DFW Area. I am a regular Breakfast McDonalds Drive Thru person. They have good food, good prices, and it typically is fast. However, this location is none of the above. I recently moved about a block away from this location and so it’s super convenient to swing by on the way to work. In the past 5 days, they have not gotten my order correct once. Now that said, I’m not ordering anything special, complicated, or anything not on the menu. I’m talking #4 with a Dr. Pepper. But… They never get it right. The drive through people sound like they are on the phone ½ paying attention to my order. The 1^st window money taker is playing on their phone, probably playing on Facebook. Then when you finally make it to the 2^nd window, my drink is thrown out to me and then the wait comes for my food… Tick… Tock… Tick. Tock… It’s the slowest drive thru in the world. That wouldn’t be half bad if the food was spot on, but NOPE… Their breakfast burritos are burned on the ends where the tortilla and cheese are hard. The Egg white delight egg is so small, it is thinner than the Canadian Bacon. Then they give you the wrong sandwich all together most of the time. And to top it off, no napkins or a straw in the bag and the hash browns are undercooked and soggy.
Ronald needs to stop clowning around and get over to fix this location. Someone send a secret shopper over to get a real feel for how this store performs. If I was Ronald, I’d pull their logos and turn it in to a 7 – 11 because their food is much better!

I unfortunately live close to this McDonalds. If I could rate this 0 stars out of 5 I would! The drive thru takes much longer than any of the other McDonalds within this area. The wait is typically 10 – 15 minutes on a normal day and up to 20 minutes on a «busy» day! It’s obvious their manager/​management is horrible. In addition to a super slow drive thru orders are constantly incorrect, so check it before you leave!!!

This particular store still sucks. Went through drive through this morning and of course they gave me the wrong meal… again. THEY REALLY NEED HELP AND A MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL!!!

Slowest drive thru. You’d think I would have figured that out by now. 20 minute waits isn’t fast food.

No chance this is the first time you have heard this so to the extent you don’t care to fix your service issues I will no longer care to spend money at your establishment.

I hate McDonald’s. But alas, I’m American so I do find myself underneath the Golden Arches from time to time. This location should be burned down. It’s closest to home and repeatedly, I order from their menu and they respond with, «don’t have that,» «not serving that now because our line was just really long,» «can’t sell you that because we are cleaning our grill right now,» «sorry my staff walked out on me tonight and I actually am not serving anything on the menu right now.» These are all things I’ve heard believe it or not. Freak a message to the owner… please hear me corporate office: THIS IS A PISS POOR FRANCHISE OPERATION RIGHT HERE… A LAUGHABLE REPRESENTATION OF A GLOBAL BRAND… A DISGRACEFUL AND DEMEANING SHAM OF AN AMERICAN BUSINESS OPERATION. Steer clear people. Now back to your regularly scheduled program.

Here is how to drive a loyal customer away. The service and quality control at this location is as bad as I have ever had. Just went through the drive thru and ordered lunch to go. Ordered a chocolate shake, when I got home, we live less than 1 mile form the store, the shake was liquid. The disappointing thing is that the person who filled the cup with the ice cream shake had to notice the ice cream was not thick enough, Same person had to put the whipped cream on the shake. This was the second time that this has happened.

From someone who eats A LOT of Mcds, this place is terrible. Come on McDonald’s! Get it together at this busy location!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been there twice and both times I waited 15 min to get my food. Also, both times the people working there were SO rude. The second time I went there, the staff was so rude I threw my food in the trash, because I figured if they treated me with such disrespect, how are they treating the food? For example, the drive through person said «Yeah» to take my order. From the looks of it, they were just a bunch of unsupervised teenagers acting like jerks. I’d eat a gas station meal before going back to this place!

I’m not the biggest fan of McDonalds, but this one makes me never want to go again. The wait is always way to long, even at odd hours. The food is never prepared with any sense of care. I have on multiple occasions gotten home to see that the burger was not even fully wrapped in the bag. The drinks are always incorrect. The service is deplorable. I went through the drive through only to have the employee stick out his hand for my money without saying a word. The same with the person giving the food at the second window. When I called to complain to the manager, his response was «kids aren’t the best employees». Definitely avoid this trash hole.

Food was fast, cashier was nice, food tasted good. Nothing more to be said, we all know what McDonald’s is.

Seriously? Since when does McD never have fries under the lamp?
So I’m expecting the fries to be right out of the oil, right?
Wrong! They were limp and room temp.

How hard is it to work here and get it right?

I know its only Mcd, s but they should be able to get the basics right. Pass on this place.

Not a huge fan of McDonald’s, but the kids are. So we end up here at least every other week. About half the time there is something wrong with the order. The employees seem friendly, but they are slow and not very efficient. The manager seems like a jerk. The food is McDonald’s, so if you like it other places, you will here. But there is another McDonald’s on Custer rd at the 121, you will have a better experience there.

I know it’s just McDonalds, but the choices around here are few and far between. Worst McDonalds ever. Slowest drive thru. The employees are absolutely clueless. They get my order right maybe half the time. I don’t know who manages this place, but they have no business managing anything.

Came here a few times and both times they got my order wrong. The last time I went back and they gave me attitude. They changed my order but didn’t apologize or even care.
I just want to say thank you cause now I will never go back and that means my kids and I will never have your nasty food. Well at least at this place.

Okay, I admit it, I came back and I’m so sorry I did and honestly, this is the last time.
It was Saturday night and we were hungry and there is no choice after midnight so I pulled up to the far outside speaker and all I get is crackling and popping sounds. I wait awhile and hope it gets better, but no, still no words coming from that thing so I pull around hoping to pull up to the window but instead I become the 3^rd car in line.
Well after sitting there 5 minutes I decide to back up to the other speaker and place my order. Afterwards I pull around and not a thing has changed. I wait, and wait, and wait. 10 minutes — no joke; these cars aren’t moving. Finally the car in front gets a small bag, with the wait I was expecting something like bags, and bags, being handed over.
Then the car in front of me moves up — yeah — I’m next. It was just the one guy and he gets served in normal time and then it is my turn. Okay; 20 minutes invested into this and now I get to leave!!!
I pull up and nobody is there. I wait and I wait. The window has been abandoned. The teenager at the counter placing an order and I lock eyes and he gives me a pity look. Kind of like — sucks for you. Finally a woman comes up and when I question her about the wait she calls me a b*tch and refuses to hand over the food. I hear her in the back still calling me a b*tch so loud the whole restaurant is hearing this.
The teenager and I lock eyes again and I think he is perhaps more shocked than I am at the way I am being treated. The manager then comes over and apologizes and says that she is all he has to work with. Okay, that’s too bad but really, this restaurant has had problems for years now.
