I ordered a burger which was fine… nothing amazing. The Moscow ginger mule, I think… wasn’t a big fan. Once again, my boyfriend and I love supporting locally owned restaurants, but I don’t think we will be visiting again anytime soon. He was sick after our visit. I can’t remember what he ordered. Maybe we will give it another try at a much later date!

This review is solely based on drinks. I ordered the pineapple bomb and jolly rancher. Both of them were SO delicious and came in these cute mason jars with real fruit in them. A great summer refreshment! Also, we sat outside on the benches since the weather was great. PS. They close relatively early on the weekends — 12AM. So keep that in mind!

Everyone loves the chicken. So I had the chicken. The chicken is really just ok. A Nice change that it was boneless and butterflied. Breading was nice and crispy. But it was under-seasoned and needed sauce to make it tasty. Service was excellent and fun environment. I will go back but won’t get the fried chicken.

Pros: Good food, awesome moonshine, and pretty good service. Cons: Moonshine is a bit pricey and can get expensive really fast. But in their defense, this is with any establishment when it comes to having good signature drinks.

Super busy on a Sunday evening! Our server tried his best though. We had the sriracha butter Parmesan chicken wings which were the perfect crisp and just tasted awesome. It comes with a side of ranch. I had the open faced salmon burger with seasoned fries. The burger was good, but they no longer put them in the French bread like the pictures. It’s just in a regular burger bun :(The server did say that they could do it on request, so just ask! The seasoned fries were sick though! I just gobbled them all up. Even the ketchup is flavored — nice… My husband got the chicken and biscuits. Chicken is fried nicely. But oh that heavenly sauce is amazing! The small portion comes with 2 pieces of chicken while the big portion comes with 4. It’s only a couple dollars more so you get more bang for your buck. A cool feature that I noticed was the dining area had cool/funny YouTube videos streaming, Hgtv, and the food network. Leave the sports stuff to the bar. Oh and you can tweet them and they have their page displayed on 2 monitors so you can view your tweet! Just made me do it so I could be on tv.

This place is great for weekday lunches. The food is consistently good, the menu creative, and the atmosphere is fun. As the name implies, Mash’d is built around a tremendous selection of moonshine. I’ve had a couple of the samplers, and haven’t regretted it. The open faced salmon sandwich is my go-to, but once in a while the bulgogi tacos or Coney dogs call my name. But for god sake, go for the half order of Coney dogs. The full portion is enough to feed two. For casual American cuisine, this is always a good bet.

Go find this restaurant, order the chicken and biscuits, and put it in your face. There will be a foodgasm and you will thank me.(And if you are in Ft Worth and get lucky enough to have Wendy take care of you, your whole week will be better just from the experience.)

Can’t really review the food or the drinks because we sat at a table for 15 minutes and were never waited on. Needless to say we got up and left. I completely understand being busy or being short handed, however that does not excuse them from at least stopping by the table and saying something. Not sure if I’ll go back or not. Right now I’m still too frustrated by this incident. Update: I was promptly contacted by the manager inquiring about my incident at the restaurant. She was very apologetic. We will have to give them another try someday. Hopefully next time we will have the opportunity to review the food and drinks.

Meh… disappointed. Bulgogi tacos were cold, I’m not sure if they were supposed to be served at room temperature but the shell was stale. Mac and cheese had no cheese… just sprinkled on the top, more like pasta, oil, corn, and seasoning… The ribs were food though better than and chain place, very tender and not dry. But it’s very obvious that the place wants to make money on drinks and relys on drunken taste buds. The service people are friendly so that’s good but bleh dont come for food…

Who the F$$&& came up with moonshine mussels and sriracha wings? Wowwwww… never had mussels like this and wings like that… came here for lamb shanks, unfortunately they didn’t have it on menu. But was very happy with mussels & wings… also moonshine mojito!!! I’m coming back for that lamb shank which I missed :)

The good has a nice modern twist on comfort favorites. Come prepare with an appetite and an opened mind. I had the chicken and biscuits ½ portion and was barely able to finish the whole thing… generous portion! Oh and for an app… you have to get the pot of goat!!! Please open one in canton Ohio so I don’t have to come here all the time!

Absolutely love coming here — great environment, great food, good drinks! We’ve been here multiple times with different people and it’s always a good time. I love the bulgogi tacos, which comes with an amazing dressing which pairs really nicely with the rice. I usually order this unless I’m starving that day, then I would go for the fried chicken, which is my husband’s favorite. Check out Julie P.‘s review — she’s definitely been here more and the one time we went with her, we tried her order of guac and it’s as good as she says! The patio is really nice and great for sitting around with drinks. Always good service.

This place is awesome for patio weather! We sat outside and were able to have the bar seating on the patio but still see inside with a huge counter so bartenders can work both sides. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Very delicious drinks. They were not too strong or sweet. The inside is cool. It’s all wooden and lots of chalk boards and barrel type décor. The bathrooms are very dark with overhead dim lighting. I like this place so I’ll be back.

This was a spur of the moment decision and I’m really glad we decided to finally take the Mash’d plunge. It was pretty nice out so we decided to take a spot on the patio that had heat lamps to keep you comfortable during those random wind gusts. The patio is spacious and most of all, PETFRIENDLY! We will have to bring the paws with us next time. They have a large brunch and regular menu, but not so large that it’s overwhelming. Our waitress quickly pointed out the«must have’s» for each section of the menu and that guided us to make our decision. I really like how things are made in house from scratch. The Serious Queso was incredible! Especially with those homemade chips. We were slightly late for brunch; however, they accommodated us anyway. THANKS Y’ALL! I decided on the Benny’s Pot(their take on Eggs Benedict), because the etiquette cheddar biscuit was calling my name, while my husband went for the French Toast. God bless the carbs in that biscuit. It was so flavorful, and not too heavy. Now the French Toast here is the REALDEAL. It’s the best I have every tasted, and the maple syrup and homemade butter was the perfect accompaniment. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place it was the perfect atmosphere for my age imo. Indoor and outdoor bar lots of tvs and full bar. What’s not to love? They have propane heating lamps on the patio which helps a lot but a few weren’t on because they were out of propane. I enjoyed their food and would like to come back and try more things. They are known for their moonshine and have many drink options that cater to that. I still had a Long Island since I was hesitant to try moonshine. Overall, both my boyfriend and I loved the restaurant and I think it would be a primo spot to watch the super bowl or some major sporting event. Go give it a try especially if you like moonshine and sports: p

Can’t say enough good things about the food. The place itself is kind of an industrial/chic kinda vibe that makes for a really cool setting. The food was fantastic. I was fortunate to be with a party of 8 that allowed for sampling a of several different items all of which I would order again. Starters the Queso is possibly the best I have ever had, and the mussels were prepared much different than what you find most places with a great sauce. The Meatloaf, hamburger, chicken parm fried chicken, and tacos were all a huge hit. Their specialty drinks are several different moonshine concoctions, they do have full bat with great beer and wine selections also. Several TV’s throughout. Will definitely be going back!

Cool place. I enjoyed all the delicacies that my stomach could fit in! I had the mussels which was awesome! Spicy, tomato-ei, and kinda oily. But still delicious! I had only one drink from them which came in a mason jar. Something about mason jars really look cool. Strong and sweet! Can’t remember the name :-/ I also had a delicious pile of fried chicken with potatoes! Oh I was in love! But I couldn’t finish it so I had to take home! But my number one choice would still be the mussels! Just too darn good I would probably return if I was in the area. So open one up in Richardson or near Preston and Royal! That’s where I workout around ;-)

We’re regulars here but I’ve never taken the opportunity to write a review until now. Matt has been managing the place for several months and does a fantastic job. We know Matt from a previous establishment and are glad to see him here at MASH’D. Appetizer: Avocado bomb is the bomb! Great and refreshing starter. Entrée: I by-passed my regular Bulgogi Tacos(which are awesome!) and tried the Wild Sockeye Salmon. There’s a nice glaze on the salmon served with lemon rice and quinoa salad.
