My favorite neighborhood grocery store. Friendly workers and good produce. I always find what I need except sometimes they don’t have the produce I need. One time they didn’t have ginger and another time they didn’t have regular cauliflower(only the purple ones, what’s up with that?) On the other hand, I love that they sell boars head deli meat! It’s such good quality and taste. They always have a ham and a random chicken/turkey on special for the week and price is half off per pound. Good deal. They make their own bread and tortillas in store and it’s delicious. We always get the jalepeno cheddar infused bread and it never lasts a week in our house!

Just went to the pharmacy at this location. Was treated rudely by Marc abdalla. He spoke down to me. Said it would take up to three days for a pre-authorization. I told him it would only take a few moments for the doctor to talk to insurance company. He acted like I was incompetent. I was only trying to get another prescription filled. He seemed so rude with his presents. Told me it would be another 10 or 15 min. After I was already told by another would take 15min. Should have been ready when I asked him. He must have been having a bad day. Taking it out on me with his impatience. He needs customer services training, he should be able to handle the stress if his job with out being rude.

I love shopping here. Good prices and it’s nearby. The pharmacy is great! I get in and out so fast… whereas the other pharmacy’s take forever.

I’m kind of indifferent to this location, but I thought it was worth sharing this picture of their dismal produce, literally covered in flies. Other than that, it’s just kind of expensive and kind of eh. But so’s everything compared to HEB.

I regularly shop here. In the past month 2 separate incidents have happened to me and my wife regarding store cashiers putting on items on our receipt that we did not buy. In the last such instance 2 postage books 9.80 each were added on by the cashier. Luckily my wife was alert to it. I am not sure if this happens everywhere but wanted to bring this to everyone’s attention

Ok beer selection, plenty of snacks and party food for tailgating. Easy parking, RedBox x 2, clean restrooms

Motto — blame the customer! Prices NOT updated to reflect current ads. A Female«mgr» did not know about a front pg ad item I was over-chargd for. She insisted it was last wk & went on to tell what the ad days are(as I look at the current ad.) Where does Kroger get«mgrs» — oblivious about over-charging, deny anything, no apologies, care less about customers? Ill go to TomThumb.

This the worse Kroger. This store is unorganized you can’t find anything, looks so unclean and dirty, and forget about getting assistance with your groceries. My first experience was about two years ago. The bagger got everything bagged put it all in the cart and my daughter and I started walking and I turned around and no cart or bagger. I had to hunt for my cart. She had just pushed it against the wall at the front of the store. You can bet if you have a coupon for something they are out of the product. I have been maybe five times to this store and have the same experience each time. No customer service and a filthy looking store. Now if I need a Kroger I go to the one at Custer/Eldorado in McKinney. If I’m on Preston in Frisco I drive right pass this store and go to Tom Thumb or the Walmart on Preston. I find it even nicer than this crappy Kroger. Oh and if you go to other Krogers’ and tell them you appreciate their assistance and tell them about your experience at this store. They we’ll tell you ya we know. We hear that a lot.

The best part about this location is the double red box location outside. They seem to always have movies in stock and hardly ever a line since there are 2 boxes there. As for the grocery store itself, they have a good lay-out, the place always seems clean. I don’t do most of my shopping here but it is always good for some random items as needed. I’m also not opposed to buying meat or fish here, so that’s good. I enjoy grocery shopping in general, so take that for what it’s worth(probably nothing to you). I do like how Kroger does the«manager’s special» and deeply discounts food a few days before it’s hit prime time. Good tip is to come here the day of/before a party for snacks on a budget. There’s nothing wrong with them, but you just should use them immediately. No harm, no foul and a few bucks saved… so go rent a movie while you’re at it!

I will come here over the Wal-Mart right down the street anyday. The prices are better, the store is cleaner, and the produce completely blows Wal-Mart’s out of the water. The employees are always really nice, and are very helpful. They have a great Boar’s Head deli as well as whatever cheese you could hope for!

I love their selection of items. Their store brand offerings are awesome, especially in the soda aisle! Love me their dairy section. Ok, I just love this store. And to get me Starbucks while I shop makes me even happier. Oh, yeah, and now I can load coupons to my shopper’s card online. Their prices are really not much more(and sometimes less) than Walmart, so it’s all worth it.

It is okay for when you want to run in and out but not for serious grocery shopping.

This is really a terrible Kroger. They are consistently out of the items I need, especially sale items. On occasion, the weekly Kroger circular will feature a product on special that this location doesn’t even carry. On my last visit, I went into the store with three coupons, all for national brand items… they were 0 for 3 on having the items in stock. Additionally, this location feels cramped and somewhat dirty… just a generally unpleasant shopping experience. Do yourself a favor and drive five minutes east to the Kroger at Coit and 121.
