My 2-​year-​old daughter (turning 3 this month) had been severely scratched twice by a boy in her day care within 2 weeks. The scratching caused bleeding/​swelling spots on her face, some are very close to her eyes, leaving over 10 visible marks (since she kept scratching the scabs due to uncomfortable, the wounds were broken again and again and may leave permanent marks). Both her teacher and a management staff claimed that the boy also scratch other children’s faces and caused the same results as my daughter had.
In the case of 1^st injury, the day care teacher didn’t even bother to file an incident report to the parents, nor the teacher was willing to tell me the issue when I met her during pickup time until I found her cheek was bleeding at that time. When I talked to one of their managers, she admit that the boy also scratched other kids in the class, and she said it won’t happen again or they’ll remove the boy from the day care. 14 days later the same thing happened again, and you know what, my daughter only goes to this day care once a week, and I don’t believe they are willing to or are able to have the boy withdrawn; if they can do it, they should have done that before the injuries could happen to my daughter. My daughter is neither the first one nor the last one gets injured!
Besides from these particular 2 injures to my daughter, they have tons of poor management signs, my daughter usually came home very dirty overall, her pants got holes at knee part for a couple of times. She got her knees bruised badly since she fell off on the wood chip; she was bitten by some insects on her face and forearms and swelled terribly during outdoor time, they were so itchy that she scratched them bleeding… Will these happen in a good managed day care? May be, but not to a child goes there only once a week, who is just averagely active and normally follows instructions.
My conclusion, only send your child to this day care if you want to prepare he/​she for U. S. Navy SEALs from tender age, and if the child survives, you’ll owe the day care training fee because the tuition you’ve paid is just a fraction to raised such a unbeatable tough person to survive anywhere!

I can not say enough about Kids are kids of West Frisco!!! We moved from San Antonio in June, I was very nervous as my kids had been attending our church daycare. They have by far exceeded my expectations. Lebanon location did not have a spot for my infant so they accommodated us at the main street location for a few weeks until a spot opened. Everyone is so helpful and involved! The extra curricular activities such as spanish, music, flippers just add to my 4 year olds excitement for the school. I truly feel like the teachers love my children as there own and I look forward to many more years and memories with KRK!
