Went in for a watch battery. While young man took off the cover the movement stuck and pulled off the hands. He was very apologetic and said they would send it off to their jeweler to have it repaired and that it could take about 3 weeks. Two weeks later they called and said ti was ready for pickup. I went in and the young lady at the counter said it was no charge. I insisted on at least paying for the battery and she again apologized for the inconvenience and said no charge.
Great customer service! I’l be back.

Outstanding service.
I have a 2013 Silverado z71 and wouldn’t start this morning. I called the dealer and said I could drop it off price for new battery 260.00.
I called interstate and they answered the phone before the store opened and priced me on a battery 169.00 installed.
I drive interstate and took them no longer then 10 minutes to have my battery tested and install a new and better battery. Also I was given a military discount price installed 160.00.
I received a six year Warenty with the battery.
I strongly recommend this place to shop for your battery’s.

My review is based solely on getting a watch battery replaced. My sons Bulova needed a new one. Walked in, was greeted quick and kindly and was out in like 4 minutes! $ 9!

I went in to replace some watch batteries. The associate who rang up my transaction (not the one that did the actual battery changes) was friendly and offered good customer service. Their watch battery replacement pricing is competitive and the wait was short. However, I was sad after leaving the store to find some visible scratches on the watch back where the other associate must have inflicted while opening up watch. I’ve had other places replace batteries for similar style watches in the past without causing any damage/​scratch to the back. I didn’t try to go back and argue, damage was done and watches were pricey but not brand new. I can’t speak for other in-​store services but wouldn’t recommend the watch battery repair service unless if it’s a watch you don’t care getting scratched up a bit on the backside.

Awesome! Great price for battery, plus they change it in the spot for free. Service was great. They also replaced/​fixed the fob on the remote. (Will definitely be back for their low price to change watch batteries).
