The place was pretty empty when we came in for dinner on a Wednesday night at 7pm. We ordered Phở and chicken spring rolls. The Phở was honestly flavorless! pretty disappointed, I thought it was just me but my bf told me the same thing before I said something too. The CSRolls were good. The service was horrible. I had to get up and see where the so called waitress had gone since I had been out of lemonade for about 10min. I finally got up and asked I’m guessing the owner for a re-fill. There was 2 families there plus us 2 and not once did the waitress came back to us if we needed anything else. We came and deft never coming back, should of just gone where we’ve been going to eat Phở. Chopsticks Asian Noodle & Grill.

I’m very regretful I came to try this place based on Unilocal reviews. I just moved to Frisco and I was on a hunt for a good phở place. Called my order in and waited in the car infront of the restaurant. I will say that the service was not bad. But I had a sick toddler waiting In a car seat so I couldn’t go in to experience the dine in experience. But I thought it was nice for them to bring the food out to the car for me. I tipped well for that part. But this is where it went down hill… When I got home and got my child in bed. I quickly opened everything and wanted to taste all. I ordered the flat rice noodles with beef. The phở with beef meat balls. And chicken fried rice. Let me just start by saying that I’m Chinese and even though I expect anything to taste completely authentic Asian. I expect good quality food and good favor. The minute I saw the food I was I instantly upset. For the phở I saw one leaf of mint one meatball. ONE. wtf? And noodles. The rice noodles were actually fried. Fried? And they were not only fried but fried to a hardness that is inedible. I picked up the hard noodles that has been fried together. And bang it against my counter top. How the heck is anyone suppose to eat that??? Then the fried rice… I thought well maybe I could eat at least the fried rice. Yes you can eat it but it has no favor and the color was yellow. Like a bright yellow color. At this point I was pissed off that I just spent $ 30 plus tips on this awful food. And was going to call up there to complain. But honestly I don’t even want to waste anymore energy on this. I guess the search is still on for some decent phở in Frisco :(

Their noodle soup is always excellent but service is hit and miss. Clean small family operating restaurant located in strip mall. I will recommend my family and friends and will be back

Thanks all you Unilocalers for not letting me down, yet again. This place is clean, service is prompt and the food is fresh and delicious. I ordered shrimp spring rolls and Beef Rice Plate. The Spring Rolls were tightly wrapped and full of goodness. The peanut dipping sauce was thick and full of flavor. The beef was tender and grilled just right. Hope to return soon.

So my husband and I ordered takeout phở from here last night. Two large P2’s. We only live less than 10 minutes from this location, so thought we would give it a go. It was great! Even though my husband picked it up, it was still piping hot when he got it home, and everything looked so fresh and delicious! The phở comes with bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, rice noodles, lime, your choice of meat depending on your order, jalepenos and a mix of what looked like hoisin and sriracha. I stuck it all together and it was SUPER good. The broth has a great flavor and was nice and clear. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was as well. Nice and tender. For once, I actually could have used some more noodles rather than broth. This is the first place I have been to that actually gives you more broth than noodles, but I slurped the last of it because it was so warm and comforting. All the ingredients were super fresh and even though it was takeout the presentation was pretty. I will definitely be ordering takeout again from here!

So I read some of the reviews by other Unilocalers and found quite a lot of the negative parts to be true. First, this place does in fact REEK of smoke. It is really off putting. Second, while we were eating, a woman in glasses that works there kept spraying cleaner on tables all around us. What was worse… the smoke or the cloying disinfectant smell??? My wife and I both felt our meals were on the bland side of average. My meat in my Beef Stew was totally over cooked. My wife said hers was also over cooked. Makes me long for Phở Pasteur in Arlington :) Anyway, no chance we will go back. Sorry we wasted a Saturday lunch on this one.

The restaurant was clean, staff was very friendly and service was fast. I ordered the Phở Chin Sach(Brisket and Tripe) which was pretty good. I would definitely go back to try other dishes.

Food is passable. Banh Mi with tofu was pretty tasty. Thai Ice Tea was decent, not the best. Biggest complaint is the fact that they don’t offer vegetarian broth. V-Bistro at 121 and Preston offers vegetarian broth, and the bowl size is much bigger than I luv Phở. Won’t ever be back unless they offer vegetarian broth, bottom line. V Bistro for the win.

I visited here New Years day with my mother and nephew. Phở has become our favorite go-to dish to eat and being the other phở place was closed, we decided to try this one out. Walking in, it was very cold. It didn’t feel like they had the heater on inside despite it being 40 odd degrees outside. Our server was very to the point about getting our order for drinks, appetizer, and entrée all at once. She came back with our waters and we asked for extra lemon… She came back with limes. We started with the shrimp spring roll(our favorite) and it was very bland. There was also a piece of pork inside which I pulled out. It had an appearance like Swiss cheese. We tried the brisket and meatball phở and combination fried rice. They only have one size phở here compared to the two I have seen everywhere else. There is more broth than anything. There was not enough noodles for the size of the bowl, the brisket was very tough and chewy, and I swear I found a little bug in mine and pulled it out to show my server to which she said it was lemongrass. Still not sure what it was. The shrimp in the combination fried rice tasted super watery and off. The rice seemed a bit old too. All in all, glad we tried this place so we could cross it off our list of places to eat phở. I would not recommend this place.

Beware address on MAPS!!! The location is in Little Elm across from Walmart. The Maps address takes you further into frisco. Super annoying. But the chicken phở and egg rolls are awesome!

On yesterday Got the combination fried rice and it lacked favor and taste. They had yellow rice and it looked old. First time trying out but won’t try this dish again.

Food is great at I luv phở. But my gosh, the entire place smelled like cigar and smoke!!! I asked the server since I had my two year old daughter with me. They explained that it was due to the smoke shop next door. Had to control my gag reflex! My husband thought it was perhaps a one time thing but read other reviews about the cigar smell. If anyone from the restaurant is reading my review, please please please speak to the building management to fix the ventilation! We wish we could come back here but not so sure now… Aren’t anyone working here afraid they’ll get lung cancer? There was only one other table occupying the place; perhaps if the place had more customers eating, the smell wouldn’t have been a bother? Once the food was out I was able to breathe, and thank goodness the food was out quick! I really was thinking of walking out since I was concerned for my daughter’s health. I really love going to the other I luv phở restaurants and this is the closest one to my house(only 5min away!!) Don’t get me wrong, the food is fresh and the phở isn’t salty like the other places. I love the food here! It’s totally cleaner, better service, and more delicious than that place in Frisco(forgot the name… Qui Phở? It’s on Preston and right by the Sam Ray Burn FWY). But oh my gosh the smell… Wish I could have given more stars but again, I really hate cigar smell! Left as soon as the food smell dissipated and I could smell the smoke again. We used to live in Valley Ranch right by the Irving I Luv Phở and loved it so perhaps we’ll go there or the Dallas I Luv Phở.

The staff is very friendly. They didn’t lead me wrong in ordering something they thought I wouldn’t like. I appreciate the honestly.

The staff is so unprofessional it is comical. They brought us a wrong order and when they took it back, the waitress sat behind us at a table and ate it herself! No wonder everytime we’ve been there only us or 1 other customer is dining. No more. Phở Quang is our place from now on.

I think the atmosphere is good and the food is delicious. Personally, I had an «ok» experience coming here. I usually try to see past some things and give the benefit of the doubt. My biggest issue was the Shrimp. It wasn’t deveined and I didn’t know until the Shrimp and its«veins» are floating in my phở. I didn’t eat them, but was still charged. When I asked, the waitress said sorry we don’t devein our shrimp. Well, «Check Please!» Sorry, I won’t be back.

Went to I Luv Phở in Frisco for lunch yesterday. Best vegetable phở I have ever had. Literally a rainbow of freshly steamed crisp snow peas, broccoli, baby corns, red bell peppers, thick carrot so juicy I just about lost my mind. Tons of fresh basil, jalapeño, bean sprouts, cilantro and lime wedges made my day. Of course, the vegan attempt is hard with Phở as the broth is either chicken or beef but at I Luv Phở you are offered the choice of chicken or beef broth. If only they offered a veggie broth I would have been able to 5 star rate the frisco location. I would have also given 4th star if only cold green or cold green jasmine tea was available but that’s just the flavors I enjoy when it’s so hot outside throwing down in the air conditioning on some hot yummy Phở. Best tofu prep yet. They pan sear it on all sides but one which makes such a delightful treat not drying it out, allowing the basil and cilantro and herbs to steep flavor into the perfectly prepared silken tofu. I should have ordered a huge side of that to take home and marinate. They do tofu right. Why ILuvPho is my fave phở spot is because of the freshness of all the ingredients cooked & steamed to perfection & also because of the sauce selections on the table. Soy, chilli paste, sriracha, hoisin, great phở spoons, everything you need within reach. Low sodium soy sauce not available. The sodium content can get rather high, but I will say this spot has the best vegetable phở due to the freshest vegetable selection yet. The fried tofu spring rolls were also filled with veggies and basil and they’re the best there, too. Cold green tea, vegetable broth, low sodium soy sauce & gluten free noodles would make this the perfet spot for me personally but for flavor & freshness, iLuvPho has got it goin’ on. PLUS– GREATMUSICINSIDE. Friendly staff. Fresh. Yum.

I came here because it is close to where i was working today. To be perfectly honest, I got a weird vibe when I chose Curry Chicken because it was one of the daily specials and the waitress immediately said«I think BBQ pork is better»… The restaurant isn’t necessarily bad, it just isn’t very busy for 12:10 in the afternoon. The floor could use some cleaning and the place doesn’t seem overly clean. The biggest problem is that there is a Cigar bar next door and the smoke permeates through the walls or something because I can smell it… I’m just saying. As it turns out, the chicken curry was pretty good. Not Great. Maybe the waitress was right?

This is the closest Vietnamese place to our house and so far our favorite. We normally order carry-out. My favorite is the beef Bahn Mi sandwich. It’s very close to the perfect Bahn Mi I used to have in another state. It’s not cheap at $ 4.95(you get 4 for $ 10 in Richardson), but it’s worth it. Their phos and stews are good, only had an issue once and the owner corrected it. That’s what I call standing behind their product. Great job! I’m kinda surprised this place has only 3.5 stars. People don’t appreciate good food: they take one thing and blow it out of proportion while failing to mention many positives. Phở Que is nearby, but their sandwiches suck big time.

We are regulars here, we come at least once a week. It is so nice to have a vietnamese restaurant just around the corner. Service is always excellent and the food is very flavorful. The kids always have phở with meatballs. My favorite is the Rice & Egg Noodle, B-B-Q Pork, Shrimp, Quail Egg & Fried Shrimp Wonton. The beef banh mi and combination rice is also a must try. Do try to stay away from the pork, it is usually dry. The avocado smoothie is the best. We also love that the restaurant is always clean! Prices are very reasonable!
