Purchased two sofas in April, the Avanti-Desire style, made by Robert Michael. Within a couple of months the cushions started to look very misshapen. After a couple more months of this getting worse, I contacted Hemisphere’s Customer Service. I was told this is normal wear and was not covered by the warranty. VERY disappointing response. Bottom-line is I am an unhappy customer and Hemispheres is doing NOTHING to remedy the situation. My previous sofa was BERNHARDT and I did not have these cushion issues ever… and I had my previous sofa for 20 years. The quality of upholstery at Hemispheres is questionable. And the fact that they consider my issue as «normal wear» indicates that they know these shabby/untailored looking cushion issues are normal with their sofas.
