Very good burgers. Initially, really bad service. A very bad first impression. First off, we couldn’t tell if it was even open! They have a weird layout, which means you can’t really see inside to see if there are any patrons. We tried the door, and it was open. Now for the initially poor service: there were two girls and a guy standing behind the counter talking, and I made eye contact with the guy three times over the course of probably two minutes, and finally one of the girls came and took our order. After those initial bad impressions, everything was great! Service from then on was wonderful, the food was very good. I’d go again.

Awful… should have known when we were there at Noon and the place was empty that there was a reason for it. had the chicken sandwhich and fries. Fries were frozen and almost white in color. My daughter had the burger and said it was okay… don’t recommend. There are many better options in Frisco for burgers…

I love burgers, I think I have mentioned that before so when we(me, my father and daughter) happened upon a burger joint in our wanderings how could we not stop in. A surprise burger joint is even better! I do not know if Gogo is a chain or just a one-off, but it is worth a visit there. It’s right off Main St. in Frisco next door to Matitto’s. It’s a pretty quirky little place with green and orange polka dots everywhere and Warholesque type prints of burgers and coke bottles scattered about. Very clean looking design. As for the food, the burgers were cooked a perfect medium with a little pink in the middle and were JUICY. The regular burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion and Gogo sauce. The sauce is mayo based but was mostly nonexistant and the only reason this place didn’t get five stars. But in spite of the lack of sauce, you really got to taste the meat, veggies, and what seemed like an egg bun, all fresh and all really good! As for the fries, handcut, shoestring potatoes and they were great as well, they didn’t skimp on them and they do pay attention to details. ONETIP on the fries, have them cook them extra crispy. I even told the guy running the place that they were amazing. Other things to note, they make shakes there with such flavors as Oreos, Zingers, Twinkies, Chocolate Frosting and Vanilla Frosting… and I’m sure they are as good as they sound. Gogo Shares their kitchen with Matitto’s so I’m guessing if these burgers are cooked by the same people running the Mexican restaurant, then Matitto’s is probably a good place to visit as well. Enjoy!

Very fresh, good tasting burgers. The fries are a great flavor but could be a little crispier(they are fresh cut, I believe.) I eat here at least once a month and have never been disappointed.

(+) It’s close to my house. The fries are ok. It’s cheap. Good add-ons. Decent shakes. I like their ranch. I’d suggest going with the chicken or portabella burger. (-) The beef patties are almost as thin as the bacon strips. Not kidding. Stay away from more than 3 add-ons, because it gets messy. The cheddar-tots are not that great. Lacking in flavor w/o the ranch.

What do you get when you mix the largest country band in the world and one of the smallest cities surrounding Dallas? A lot of pretty ladies(none prettier than my wife), thousands of manly men(most manlier than myself), more cowboy boots than you can count, and enough belt buckles to make any bull rider jealous. Unfortunately, you also get packed out burger joints. Though the food took some time to get to everyone, GoGo Burger did a great job of accommodating all of those hungry cowboys.

Everything was fresh, made to order and wonderful. Just a very simple burger place and not over priced. Probably the closet thing I have had to in and out burger since I have lived in Texas.

I don’t really get the in-n-out comparison other then the menu is very sparse. but even GoGo’s menu is about 3x of in-n-out’s. The burger. well it was ok. The bun to meat ratio was out of whack even with a double. The bun is big and pretty dense. The patties were thin and tasty. it comes with shredded lettuce which is a huge pet peeve of mine as I hate all things shredded lettuce. They share a kitchen with Mattitos which is cool considering it is makes good use of the space. the burger in all is nothing too terribly good to write about and on it’s own might make it to 2 stars. the fries were hand cut and were good probably 3 stars on their own. The real star of the show though was the Twinkies milkshake. no that is not some weird sexual position you need to look up on urban dictionary. it is quite literally frozen hugs blended with little bits of real panther. tastes like liquid heaven. The whole shake was topped off with half a Twinkie. They also make zinger, sno ball, frosting shakes and others. It is not your most thigh friendly option but their milkshakes would make a very adequate afternoon snack.

Plus: price, thin burger had good flavor to me, cheese tots were unique Minus: bun was dry Big Minus: 7 pm, only one other party and every table was dirty, floor was filthy, one staff up front on iPhone, 3 cooks??, can anyone wipe down a table and sweep a floor?, tv set to chapelle?(great for my 6 year old) audibled«to go» and ate in car. First time = last time.

the cons: 1. hamburger patty that looks and tastes frozen 2. cheese tator tots that are terrible. They also taste frozen, the potato has no flavor, and the cheese only contributes to the greasiness the pros: 1. hip 60’sish décor 2. zinger milkshake(the only reason it is worth 1 star)

Tried GoGo Burger last weekend with my daughter… have seen this place on the Frisco Square for a while. Very pleasantly surprised. Good burgers… not an extensive menu, which is nice, it doesn’t need to be… the fries appear hand cut, and were very good. Was back a mere 3 nights later getting dinner for the family. Tried the Twinkie and Cookies and Cream shakes(well the kids did, but it was a long drive home, so had to taste…) and they were ok. Can you impart the true Twinkie flavor into a shake? Overall, we are all fans of GoGo Burger now.

Their«shtick» is that they take Hostess-brand sweets and make them into shakes. Twinkies, Zingers, Sno-Balls, etc. I’m sure they’re good but while I’m not a health nut, I try not to ingest completely processed food. The burgers were pretty greasy. The bun was ‘eh’, but the fries were good. The good news is, it’s cheap. So, if you’re looking for a greasy experience, this is probably five stars. If you’re looking for a good burger, Try Scotty P’s. It’s right around the corner and much, much better quality food.

Very tasty little burger, compactly wrapped in the go-go paper. Zinger shakes were quite good as well. Will be back.

I went back specifically just to try some more of the shakes. I had the chocolate frosting shake and my friend had the Twinkie shake. I think he won. It was much more of a success than the Sno Ball shake due to the lack of marshmallow, it just tasted like cake-y creamy goodness. The chocolate shake was good, no doubt, and very very chocolate-y. The frosting doesn’t really blend totally in so you get these little frosting bits in the straw, they are a delightful surprise!

As a California transplant I came running to Go Go when I heard it was as close to In n Out as you can get. It was ok but not great. The burger was pretty greasy and not very flavorful. The sauce was ok but it just kind of seemed watered down. I would like to try the chicken because my friend ordered it and it looked pretty good. I did order the tater tots and those were awesome. Shredded potatoes mixed with cheese and deep fried… perfection in a nugget. I did not get to try the shakes but was intrigued by the option for Twinkie and Zinger shakes… maybe I’ll get one of these when my friends are not around so I can enjoy the guilty indulgence on my own. I’m willing to give this place another shot because it was pretty good and the prices are just right. Burgers under $ 5? Sold!

The first clue? Doors conspicuously labeled«In» and«Out.» GoGo Burger does it’s best to bring the West Coast cult fav to — of all places — Frisco, TX. The menu is sensibly sparse, the décor a mod mix of bright orange and lime green and the vibe fun and very family-friendly.(Seriously, every table in the place was packed with possibly the cutest families, ever.) Oh, and it’s teeny tiny — probably 10 tables, max. As per Jeremy R.‘s review, the burgers are thin, seasoned patties, cooked nearly well done. This is actually the reason for my 3 stars — I like my burgers to be a bit juicier. Standard fixin’s include: house dressing(thousand island-ish), tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cheese. Fries are hand-cut and could stand a bit more seasoning in my book. The cheddar tater tots were delicious, though. Imagine a fried ball of hash brown potatoes with plenty of cheese. Each tot was the size of a small child’s fist — I couldn’t eat more than 2! My regret is that we were so stuffed we abandoned our original plan to get a Twinkie shake to go. With food so filling, the shake might be worth a stand-alone trip. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, but I’m not exactly shouting from the rooftops that all my Dallas friends must make the pilgrimage to downtown Frisco. With Goff’s, Burger House and Snuffer’s in their backyard, anyone south of 635 might feel a tad slighted by the significant dent in the ‘olé TollTag it takes to try GoGo.

These guys make a delicious burger, indeed very close to In-n-Out, but I thought everything else was just ok. The restaurant itself is way too small to really feel comfortable kicking back and relaxing. I counted maybe just 8 – 10 tables and there were constantly people standing around waiting for an open table. I didn’t care for the ambiance either. Concrete, white tile, and vivid colors made for a vibrant, but sterile environment. It also makes for a very loud environment. I had a hard time carrying on a decent conversation with my wife without raising my voice. The menu is very simple, which I like. Basically just burgers, fries/tots, and drinks/shakes. Again, I thought my burger was fantastic. Homemade bun, good bacon, and well seasoned(greasy) beef topped off with their thousand island-ish house dressing. The fries were pretty good, but not awesome. They could’ve been hotter when they arrived, but they were real potato-cut fries, which is a rare treat. I just wish they were hot and crispy rather than warm and so-so. The cheese-filled tater tots were a real disappointment for me. I was expecting something great, considering the uniqueness of the food. Instead, what I ate tasted more like a crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside ball of grease. Honestly, the only flavor I detected was frying oil. I could barely taste the potato or the cheddar cheese. If they had a drive-thru(not worth dining in) and some fresh fries, I would really consider this a great burger joint, but the disappointments forced me to go with just three stars.
