The staff at Gateway were all AWESOME! Front desk staff was very kind and patient and the Tech who performed my MRI explained everything and made me feel at ease. I was very pleased

Erika was in reception, and Don was my CT Scan Tech. Both were exceptionally accommodating to me throughout the check in process and to servicing my needs. Despite a few hiccups with the IV (to be expected from dehydration with Crohn’s), all was smooth.
The Plano location scheduled my appointment and was sure to get me in earliest possible, relocating my visit to Frisco.
Any patient wants to be treated like a family member, and this staff all around did just that. Thank you team!
