I had the signature facial with the microdermabrasion done by Laurie and it was such a great experience. I came there to get relaxed and that is exactly what happened!

I love this place. I’ve been getting facials here for over a year. My face looks and feels incredible after my facial. Alicia is the best!

When I first walked in I was a bit concerned my service was not going to be that great. However, the technician was wonderful. She was very professional and provided great information on skin care!

I purchased a Groupon for microdermabrasion and a facial. My aesthetician was fantastic and my skin is glowing.

This was my first time at Facelogic after my previous medspa closed. I was so pleased with my service! Alicia was great! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She made great recommendations and clearly understood my skin care needs. I will definitely be back!

This place deserves absolutely no stars for the customer service received. Abysmal. Called to make an appointment and after giving my info, was informed that they would need my credit card as well as per «company policy». Obviously, in this age of credit card and identity theft, I communicated my reservations and refused to comply. However, a few hours later I received an email confirmation from them for my appointment for later in that week. The receptionist I spoke to had NOT informed me that I would receive such an email regardless of whether or not they had placed an actual appointment into their system. Thinking that perhaps they had relaxed the policy, I went ahead and arranged for someone to watch my child.
Upon arriving for my appointment I was met with confusion. I showed the receptionist my email confirmation and waited while she spoke to the owner. She returned saying all that they could do was have me wait an 1.5 hours until the next opening (who has time for that??) or reschedule. There was no apology, no acknowledgement for their mistake. I inquired with the receptionist if there was any compensation for my lost time as I would have to drive out there again and find someone to watch my child once more. She was rude and begrudgingly said they may be able to give $ 10 of as though it was a huge favor.
After thinking about the horrific customer service on my way home, I was having second thoughts about attending any kind of service there at all. Upon arriving home I called Facelogic back to cancel my next appointment and asked to speak to the owner so that she could know first hand of my experience and perhaps use it to improve her business. Instead all I was met with was even more rudeness than before. She basically told me that she didn’t care about my experience and didn’t need me as a customer because she already had a base of 500 people. Wow. Someone skipped a few classes in business 101. Good luck GROWING your company, I hear that’s what most people want to do… And good luck keeping those 500 with that awful attitude.
After reading reviews on this and other sites, I see that this is not the first time that this has happened to them. If they know that their system is sending out false confirmations, shouldn’t they follow it up with a cancellation email or phone call? Seems like common sense to me. Or better yet, they can simply change their archaic and frankly dangerous policy of requiring a credit card at all.
I cannot express my disappointment enough. I was not looking for a handout, I arrived there without even a groupon, prepared to pay fully for whatever services I should receive. Instead all I got was a bad attitude. After recently moving I was looking for a spa that I could have a standing monthly appointment at, where I would be treated like a human being not a number. Unfortunately, my old spa is too far of a drive for me now. I will def keep looking. Facelogic is not a place I would recommend to anyone wanting to be treated like a human being with legitimate thoughts and feelings.

I went to FaceLogic Spa and took advantage of their $ 49 introductory signature facial. I received excellent customer service from the onset. When I called, Kari, the Spa Coordinator, scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by Kari with a lovely smile and excellent customer service.
Jennifer Wischnewsky was my professional esthetician. She pampered me during the entire visit. I enjoyed the neck and shoulder massage while my mask was exfoliating. For anyone who may be taking chemo, Jennifer is a certified oncology esthetician.
I received a five star spa experience. It was very relaxing.

Facial with microdermabrasion was awesome! My skin feels great!

I had a great facial with Jacki Clark this past weekend! She was very knowledgeable about skin care and gave me very good advice. I have oily and acne prone skin, so I was happy with the extractions she did. My face is sensitive, so the redness stayed for the day but that was expected for me. I came here with a groupon, but I will be returning for regular facials!

Enjoyed my facial and microderm, not so new to me they’ve always treated me well! I do however miss the girl I worked with in 2013 but meeting Jackie yesterday was great, got her card handy.

Yesterday I had my fourth facial at facelogic with Jackie and just like always, it was amazing. I learned alot of what to look for in products from her and she made me face feel like a babies face. I also was suppose to have an upgrade that they couldnt find but Jackie went ahead and took care of me anyways which I was very greatful for :) I will be back to Facelogic again soon!

I purchased my first microdermabrasion and facial on Groupon. I had such a wonderful experience with Anne, the skin care therapist. She is the best!!! My face was steamed, scrubbed, massaged, and the whole sha-​bang. I also had extractions done before my face mask, which was a little uncomfortable, but bearable. The whole experience lasted an hour and I even had my arms and neck massaged, then wrapped around a heated towel. I am going to try to go back and possibly try to get my boyfriend to get a microdermabrasion/​facial with Anne. My face felt so soft afterwards. Just waiting for the redness to go down due to the extractions, but it was totally worth it!

Wonderful experience. Skillful and personable, highly qualified esthetician! Look forward to return visit.

You maybe rolling the dice on whether or not you have an appt when you arrive. I showed up at 2:50p for a 3p and the receptionist or manager appeared surprised and ask if I had an appointment. That was the first red flag. I said yes and gave my name. Apparently the technician Alicia that was supposed to do my facial/​dermabrasion had to get her child. No one bothered to call the client to let them know. So I wasted my time and gas coming from Prosper.
No one offered anything as compensation for my troubles… just said I could wait and see if the other 3p «no showed». A real professional operation here… not.

The therapist I had (Leily) did an amazing job on my facial! She was very informative on how I can improve my skin. It was very relaxing and left my face so smooth after! She even took the time to scrub my acne and heal any break outs which has never happened before! Highly recommend her.
I rated this office a 4 and not a 5 because the front desk staff was mediocre and inattentive. However, I wrote a previous, more detailed review and received multiple emails/​personal calls from the owner harassing me about it. So all users beware and do NOT write anything remotely negative about this place or else the owner will bug you too!

Love my facial with microdermabrasion that I had done at Facelogic, in Frisco. I’ve had them done here several times now.

I went for a facial with microdermabrasion. Thoroughly enjoyed it. You’re also given a neck, shoulders, and arms massage during the treatment. I felt like royalty. Will definitely go again.

This is a pretty small spa. The office staff was very nice. I was able to get an appointment pretty last minute which was awesome. I arrive and fill out my paperwork. I overhear the front staff asking someone if they would starve if they scheduled another facial during their lunch. I felt this was a little unprofessional and should have been asked in private in a more tactful manner.
My facial was nice. It had several different processes for a basic facial. All of the creams and washes had wonderful smells. My face was a little aggravated for a couple of days but the redness has went away. The massage techniques for the face were great, the scalp massage was so-​so.
I think for the price this is a decent place to try out. They are clean and friendly.
