I have taken personal training, Yoga classes and follow Andy’s nutritional help. She excels at making you feel worth at every stage of the routines, never feel like she is showing off her fitness level, but caring deeply and sincerely for your well being. She is always aware of your condition and will adjust your moves to your current fitness level while making the class challenging for everyone in it… let it be no doubt you will feel her workout routine ALWAYS!!! :-) The way she manages the class is always very professional, yet nurturing. She always make you feel welcome and her advice for post-workout nutrition, recovery and extra exercises is always according to your condition yet very easy to implement, and in the case of nutrition, the advice is based on your taste and food habits. Overall, taking classes from Compliments has been a great experience where I get in shape yet feel comfortable working out and seeing the improvement in my body and mood from both the routines and the after-exercise advice.

I’ve taken Zumba, belly dancing and private training classes with Andy at Compliments for several years, and I highly recommend both Andy and Compliments. Andy is very mindful of her students and the level at which they can exercise. When I take classes with her I don’t feel as though she is trying to display how fit she is, but instead, I feel as though she is striving to pass on her knowledge. I’ve taken other classes(group and private) where I feel the instructor isn’t focused on her students’ abilities(or lack thereof). But Andy encourages everyone at the fitness level where they are, and she tailors her classes so that everyone can participate and feel good about their participation. There were many times in Zumba class where I would go in one direction, when others were going in a different direction; Andy would just smile, get me back on track and encourage me to keep going. She does that with everyone, and I am not intimidated to go to her classes. I’ve tried other Zumba and belly dancing instructors, and by far, Andy and Compliments are my absolute favorite. The pace, moves, instruction and class energy always feel like a comfortable, yet challenging workout. Her private classes are equally as great since Andy takes the time to listen to feedback, focus on good form, and counsel on nutrition. My compliments to Andy and Compliments!

I currently attend Yoga, HipNotic Inferno(Bellydance & Zumba Toning mix) and Pound Rockout Workout and love them all! Andy Stewart of Compliments is the best at what she does and is eager to pass her skills and knowledge to anyone and everyone willing to absorb it. Andy’s workouts also allow for your own personal intensity by modifying your movements. The dance studio is comfortable with full length mirrors and great floors. I highly recommend Compliments to all fitness levels. Try one, two or all her exercise programs… you won’t be disappointed.
