I would give them zero stars as well. They do not stand by their work because it is the not quality at all! Had screen replaced and in 3 months its popping off in the corner. Took back to the mall and they will not fix it. I would have put my $ 109 toward getting it fixed by professionals at the Apple store and not some shady kiosk in the mall working on a card table! Beware!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Had my IPhone screen replaced and without dropping it, the screen broke a week later when I was pushing the home button. Went back to the mall to address it twice and the «repair guy» wasn’t there. Operators claim he is an independent contractor and they have no control over when he is there. I waited an hour and a half for him to show up after they told me he was on his way. When he finally did arrive, he replaced my screen. Then the proximity sensor didn’t work. He took it apart again. Next the fingerprint ID wouldn’t work. Spent another hour trying and could never fix it. Complete incompetence, horrible service, avoid this place like the plague!!!

The two services have combined for cell phone repairs and covers.
The MyCellPhoneRepairs company now operates out of this booth near the Apple store.
I have used them a couple times and they warranty their work. I had problems with a repaired screen on my iPhone 5s and they replaced the screen with no questions.
The prices range from $ 100 to $ 130 to replace the screen depending on the model.
Make sure you try them for their knowledge and outstanding customer service. Ask for Ed!
