Boulder Creek Properties

In the beginning Boulder Creek properties was very responsive. Tim Euting was answering every call and every email in the beginning. Shortly after first and last months deposits were given the voicemail started to pile up and Tim was not responsive. Tim talks a good game in the beginning and promises in the beginning to make minor adjustments to your warehouse /​office and fails to deliver. He has unlicensed personnel working for him and they work after hours throughout the night. I had maintenance man showing up un announced many times smelling of weed and booze. When we moved in to our unit they were painting and replacing the carpet. They only finished half of the painting and half of the carpeting. When I brought this to Tim’s attention he got upset and really show that he should’ve stayed in landscaping. There’s nothing professional about this guy and it is very apparent that he has been a landscaper most of his career and lacks business experience. His wife is the brains of this organization and seems to be less confrontational. There is a much better commercial warehouse rental for less money and less hassle right off of king road in walking distance. Use these people as they have garbage removal and take care of bs local occupancy licenses you need with the local government. Watch out !!
