The website and the hours displayed on the door said they were open however, all doors were locked. When I tried to call, the phone was answered and hung up. I called back 2 more times and went to voicemail. This could all be a misunderstanding, but if it is this difficult to get in the door, I’m not willing to experience anything more.

Like the other post, if I could give these guys zero stars, I would as well.
I wanted to get two rings re-​sized. When I took them in to the store, they measured my fingers and told me they would be ready the following day by 5 PM.
They did not have them ready when I came to pick them up and provided an alternate time. I arrive back 3 hours after the alternate time, and my rings were still not ready.
Each time I would inspect the rings and ask questions, they answered them very rude like I was putting them out.
I asked for a discount since they did not meet the deadline they set twice, and they were very rude again and said no.
Stay away from this place

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Called and when they picked up, lady was very rude right off the bat, not 3 seconds after I started my question, they hung up on me. I assumed the call had dropped, and called again, first two attempts got me the voice mail abruptly, third time they picked up the phone, told me to stop calling and hung up again. These people are rude and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Jewelry sizing… I am so pleased I have to tell you! I took my daughter here to get her engagement ring sized… it was a 90 year old family heirloom. We didn’t want to take it to a jewelry store that would send it off to be sized for fear that if it was lost, being so old it wasn’t replaceable and honestly what bride-​to-​be wants to be without her ring for days/​weeks waiting for it to be sized. We went here because the owner is a master jeweler (Doug Ballard) and makes his own jewelry on site. We needed to add white gold to the ring to go up a full size and guess what… only $ 18 total!!! He had it done in 30 minutes! He even had it set up where we could watch him work through a window. He did absolutely beautiful work! The diamond sparkled, (antique rings sometimes don’t sparkle due to age) it was shiny and buffed and looked brand new and you cant beat the price anywhere else! This place is a must for brides-​to-​be who don’t want to be without their ring in order to get it sized. Engagement ring sizing while you wait and the best price ever! But, even more important is the great job he did with a ring that was priceless due to age and family importance. Don’t trust just anyone with your ring… take it here!

The only reason I give one star is because Doug Ballard is a great liar. I dropped off my ring and it took 4 months to get it back. He always had an excuse as to why my ring was not ready. When I finally returned it, it looked different so I took it back to Jared immediately where it was purchased and they affirmed the diamonds were removed and replaced with fakes and the setting was not the same ring. I pressed charges for theft.
