This company has low integrity. They sell used furniture as new. Make unrealistic promises that are not met. Treat high end customers that pay in full with low regards.

When it comes to customer service, Anderson’s Furniture ranks below the scale. I stupidly expected that since I spent approximately $ 15,000CASH from Anderson’s Furniture stores, if there was any issue with any item I purchased, I would receive the same attention and in my face help that I got when writing that check. Not so… I contacted Anderson’s the day my furniture delivered to inform them that the $ 1600 candelabra had a broken bulb, a missing piece and does not work at all. That was well over a month ago. Several attempts to Ashley, Dee, Jennifer, and finally Elizabeth(whom has been the only to follow up) have left us completely frustrated and in disbelief as to the complete disregard for us as customers, the complete disrespect for our time and our situation. It really is incomprehensible to us that a «fine» furniture store would treat customers with such a level of disrespect. A shame and a disgrace to the name Anderson… Tracey J
