NEVER again first timer last timer. Taco without cheese? Stupid. Sauces were not good Clints from the grocery store is better. Guacamole had zero flavor. I would have been better off with my own homemade peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Too bad for waiter not even much for a tip left, even though he wasn’t the cook sorry. Wasted trip.

I was a bit Leary of the $ 2.99 margarita but it was good! A nice sized frozen house margarita that was good! They brought a chilled mug for my husband’s beer. The chips were fresh, warm, and delicious! Green and red salsa both with the right amount of spice and flavor. Yum. I ordered the # 7 which was one cheese enchilada, guacamole, and a puffed queso. Very good! The down side was it took a while to get waited on initially, and we were confused about where to pay the bill. You pay up front. The waiter wasn’t clear about that. The owner was nice. We saw him saying hello to his regulars but I introduced myself to him. He should go say hello to the obvious newbies too. We will be back

Sunday after church and the place is totally packed. Carpet and facility is «well used.» The décor could use a Robert Irvine makeover. Two salsas, red and green, both served warm. The red has roasted tomatoes in it. These are the two spiciest salsas we have tasted in Texas since moving here from Southern California. They are not overly spicy but just right. My wife says that the cheese enchilada(Number nine combination) is the best she has had since moving back to Texas. Enchiladas al carbon with chicken were very good. Clemente, our waiter, did an excellent job. Men’s restroom was very clean(it didn’t smell as clean as it looked.)

I regularly visit this place. The food is delicious and very well priced. Call-in and takeout service is very fast. If you want Mexican food to go, I suggest you call and by the time you arrive it will be ready. The food is soooo much better than fast food chains and almost just as fast if your in a hurry.

Meh. At best, meh. The service was lackadaisical until the check was being processed, then we suddenly became the prodigals. The food was… just amateurish. The serving size was appropriate, the facilities were clean enough, location was easy to find, parking was good… but unless you are just looking for someplace that’s easy to find with ample parking, don’t bother.

I really liked this place. The only reason it doesn’t get four stars is the red and green salsa were both served hot. Not a fan of warm salsa. The queso was delicious and was served with pickled jalapenos, which scores a lot of points with me. The fajita beef was on point though! They have TONS of different fajita options, too. Friendly and super fast service. I’ll be back!

We eat here at least once a week. Cheap, fast, and delicious. My children ask for things not on the menu and they remember that about them every time and don’t have a problem making it for them. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only place we go for Mexican in Texas and that’s saying a lot.

What is the fuss about this place? The cheap menu items? They are very reasonable on their menu prices, their salsa is warm and really good, and the service is fast. Other than that I didn’t like anything else. There were flies and the food/margs were terrible.

We seem to go here once per week and love the food and friendly service from all of the workers. Fair price, good food and it’s very fast. Rarely have to wait but it seems like we do more now. Maybe our secret is getting around?

What a great little family owned restaurant! They have a big menu to choose from. The service is great and always super fast. Good prices. There is a self serve ice cream machine too after you finish your meal. One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to. Definitely give this place a try!

We live in Pearland and decided to try something new. We had been to Luna’s before and enjoyed it but after seeing the review on Unilocal we decided to try this place out. If you are rating it a 4.5 for being cheap and good for the price I see that. It’s above Casa Olé but not near close to Gringos. To me it was okay … I for 8.00 a plate you can barely go to whataburger on that so that’s okay. But if I am craving Mexican food I won’t go here. I hadn’t had Mexican in six days(a record for me) and was dying for it. I am pissed off more than anything. But if I am going to hang with friends and maybe even pick up the tab this place is great :) The margaritas are good though … I had a buzz off of one :)

My daughter chose this restaurant for dinner for her birthday. This was my first time at this restaurant, but it won’t be my last. The food at this restaurant was great. I ordered the Chef Plate and was very pleased with the amount of food and the quality of the food and the taste was great. My husband had the fajita nachos and was not as pleased. He said they tasted good, but was not pleased with the amount of meat on them or the fact that they didn’t come with sour cream or guacamole, like most restaurants. Service at the restaurant was good. No complaints there. I would recommend this restaurant.

Family owed small restaurant. Nice people. Owners are usually there daily. Staff are sweet and accomidating. The food is good TeX Mex almost on the authentic side of Mexican food. My husband usually doesn’t like most Mitchiladas at restaurants but they do a good job here. Prices are great. Atmosphere isn’t anything fancy but great place to go to grab a beer and get some fajitas for lunch.

Life without good Mexican food is not a life I want to live. Thankfully there is Rancho. Life is worth living again. From their tamales to their chile rellenos this is some good food. Try the Rancho special. It has a good mix of basic Tex-Mex. Just one more thing about the chile relleno, order the pablano pepper. The other one is a stuff bell pepper.

Excellent service! We ordered queso & it was the best we’ve had. Our meal was fajitas for two & was great! We got all items very quickly. This is our new favorite place. Sorry Gringos! :)

Great margaritas! Food is good and service is great, very attentive. Food also comes out super fast. They always try to accommodate people if they are crowded, adding more tables Owner is usually there and greets you. It is a great local place!

This is another one of Friendswood’s hidden gems. They always have wonderful service. The salsas red and green are good. Their grilled items are great too. At lunch time they usually give you soup as well. They have good food at a reasonable price.
