SHERRIE was so knowledgeable and helpful.
She found me the right bed for the best deal. When the delivery was canceled Sherrie called the day before and scheduled a new time with me. Great experience from the el dorado mattress firm team. 5 stars sleeping on a cloud!

I have been needing a mattress for a very long time but was dreading the hunt for a new one, I just didn’t know where to start, so I stopped in at mattress firm and was greeted by Frank Sumner and let me tell you he made my shopping experience easy! After casually shopping a few other stores for mattresses with no success my daughter and I tried Mattress Firm since they were having a great sale. We were greeted by Shari (sp?) and shown several beds. She was sensitive to my health concerns and budget. She was very knowledgable and demonstrated the differences between the beds. Shari was extremely helpful and made a huge difference in my purchase!

My parents had an awful experience at this Mattress Firm. The employees assured my dad that if he picked up the mattress himself, he would get his $ 80 delivery fee refunded. It’s been about 2 months now and he STILL hasn’t gotten his refund. He’s called, emailed, and gone in the store in person multiple times, yet he continues to get the run around. No one will take responsibility. $ 80 might not be a lot to a big company like Mattress Firm, but it is to hard working people. And, it’s the principle — don’t lie to your customers! My parents are very distressed and will never shop at Mattress Firm again. There are LOTS of mattress stores in the Houston area — don’t shop at Mattress Firm!!!

We just bought a bed from this location, we couldn’t be happier with the sales staff and the service. We purchased a new Tempurpedic Adjustable. We are getting such great sleep. We’d recommend visiting this location, as the staff is really knowledgeable about the products they sell. They even gave us free deliver with a free pillow.

I was doing some mattress shopping for my grandparent’s and made a stop into Mattress Firm since it’s a «holiday week» and I saw tons of commercials for great deals.
I first did some research online, and they had some beds that seemed like potentials. When I got the store, however, there wasn’t much to actually «try» that were in my price range. All of the beds that I did a mental bookmark were upright and I couldn’t check ‘em out. Except for one that I kinda liked — at $ 450 it was a bargain.
Ok, so the staff is friendly, that have online coupons and delivery is $ 50-​$ 60 — and they can do same-​day at the same price if they have the time and inventory. Delivery also includes setup and hauling out your old mattress. Now if you spend a pretty penny, like $ 1K or so, they’ll waive the fee.
I ended up going to Sam’s — which I actually spent far more than that initial $ 450 — but it was a higher quality memory foam, so I guess it was a better deal.
