I was recently there shopping and a wonderful positive and creative associate helped me. She was on point on my likes and she picked me out a beautiful outfit. It was like she knew what I wanted and needed. Her name is Isabella, She just started. We need more of Isabella’s and less the attitude. Good Job Francesca’s for hiring Isabella. She was a pleasure to be with and she has some great ideas. She will make something out of nothing. And that’s the greatest gift any associate can have. Good Luck

Francesca’s Boutique at the Baybrook mall is my absolute favorite place to shop! The atmosphere is always fun and the girls working are so friendly. They are extremely helpful and are like personal shoppers! The clothes and jewelry are always cute, original, and great quality!

Great clothes, poor service at this location. I’m all for hiring teenagers to give them spending money but maybe the managers here might want to find less rude teenagers.

I’ve recently become addicted to these stores. The best way I’d describe Francesca’s is Anthropologie-​esque boutique clothes at Forever 21 prices/​quality. Francesca’s is very much a boutique, so they carry a limited number of sizes for each article of clothing. I like the Baybrook store, because it’s still fairly undiscovered and empty, so there are ample sizing options.
Tips:
— Check out the pick of the week. Usually a cute little frock at 20% off.
— Because there are always new shipments coming in, the sales racks usually carry a good number of clothes in season
— Sign up for email updates and hold out on buying jewelry until they run a BOGO 50% off promotion, which seems to happen at least twice a month. (It sucks to buy 2 $ 30 necklaces at full price and then see that promotion run the next week)

I love this store. My daughter first started shopping here a couple of years ago when she was in college, and she would pick up the cutest tops and purses here. She was so excited when they opened in Baybrook Mall and she asked me to go with her. It’s not a large store, but it has a really nice boutique feel to it, and has some unique accessories, shoes, purses, and clothes. I always find something here when we go. I have gotten several purses and tops here that I have received many compliments on, as has my daughter. Their prices are comparable to the department stores.
