Had tooth pain and new jaw (TMJ) pain. Called late on Monday and was in the following Tuesday. Dr Laing was gentle, very informative and sent me on with two referrals for following morning. I felt his concern and desire to give full understanding of condition. I will return.

I have been going to Dr. Cretzmeyer for over 30 years. I’ve had fillings, crowns, and of course, cleaning. He has the most up to date equipment, friendly staff, and with 40 years of experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
He has a professional yet gentle manner, and always brings a smile to my face. He’s absolutely wonderful with kids. Also, I can’t say enough about his staff. Many have been working with him for years. That should convince you of what a great dentist he is!
One unfortunate review shouldn’t sway you. He is the best!

I’ve been going to Dr. Cretzmeyer for many years and have had extensive dental work done over those years. I have always been pleased with the excellent quality of work, and the very caring and professional staff. They have all gone out of their way to welcome me, make me feel taken care of, and when I leave, I leave with a big smile.

It makes me a bit sad that someone had a bad experience with this business, because it overshadows how good and kind they have been for me. Everyone, from scheduling, cleaning, two crowns, more cleaning and billing have been top notch as far as services for me. I have seen a lot of dentists and specialists, and when I compare this team to others, they are great. They don’t make you feel like a number and never push stuff on you you don’t need. Even though I can be difficult at times, they treat me with respect and great compassion. Love this dental office.

I cannot believe this man dares to question my character publicly on Unilocal, and I am sorry Unilocal allows that. All of my reviews are honest and meant to be informative… nothing less. I am not ever looking for «negative» experiences, in fact, as most human beings, I am looking for positive experiences. After his «reaching out» to me included bashing me, it is quite certain I do not want him to try to make anything «better (?)» than he already has.
