Wendy’s

My original review is from 2014 and it was not good. I recently received a Unilocal note from the new general manager for this Wendy’s location. They have made a lot of improvements and he asked me to give them another chance. I will definitely return now that they have stepped up for the better. Join me!

Food is always good here, it’s always hot and fresh! The guy who is usually on the register is always so nice and upbeat. I went in on Saturday sometime between 5:30 and 6 and some guy that I’ve never seen before was being so rude to the other employees. It definitely didn’t seem necessary, it looked like orders were going out at a normal pace. The people I was with and I all heard him yelling from the back and it was very unprofessional. At the point we were waiting longer than usually for our food and it made us very uncomfortable.

This is the first time I came here with my family, my mother ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce and they still put it on, so due to her being allergic to lettuce she requested them make a another one and they refused, and my sandwich wasn’t cooked throughly my chicken was still pinkish so I will not be going again

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for a long time. Their staff is always nice and friendly, but sometimes the wait can be pretty long, especially for a fast food place. You come to a fast food place because you expect quick service. I’ve been here a handful of times where the orders pile up and I have to wait in excess. I think that has to do more so when they’re short staffed and/​or really busy and thus run out of some items. Luckily today wasn’t too bad and food came out at a decent pace. I will say it was a little slow to order since there was only one cash register open, but they usually only have one open.
I usually get the Number 10 (10 pc. chicken nuggets), but I felt like a salad today. I’ve eaten their salads before and have always liked them. I used to always get either a Caesar or garden side salad when they were $ 1 and I’ve had several of their previous signature salads. I tried their full size Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. It looked like a good variety of ingredients to satisfy my salad craving. It did not disappoint.
The official description is as follows:
«Wendy’s signature salad with hand-​picked red and green apples, crumbled blue cheese, sweet cranberries, roasted pecans, warm grilled chicken and Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Pomegranate Vinaigrette.»
The salad has quite a few different ingredients in it, but the combination of flavors compliment each other quite well. I don’t consider myself a big fan of blue cheese, but I think my tastebuds are expanding because I quite liked it in this salad. There’s a mix of sweet, tart, sour and nutty flavors. There’s also several different textures in it that make it quite enjoyable to eat because who said salads had to be boring. All of the ingredients were fresh too. Even the greens. Sometimes when you order a salad at a fast food restaurant, I feel like you’re more susceptible to wilted lettuce and soggy vegetables. I’m happy to report that I didn’t find any soft produce. I definitely recommend this salad and Wendy’s salads in general.

Frostys here are super thick you need a spoon to enjoy them
the problem i have is just to get into the drive thru you have to drive around in a giant circle to get to the menu board and drive around in a giant circle again just to leave
the food was not good at all my fries i could tell were sitting for awhile under a heat lamp and the burgers i got were SMOTHERED in sauces i had to use a napkin to wipe everything off (a little goes a long way)

I have not eaten at this Wendy’s for about 2−3years. Their drive thru is absolute horrible. Long lines, Something is always missing from the order or my spicy chicken taste like the bottom of deep fryer. Also 9 times out of 10, when I come for a frosty, the machine is broken or out of ice cream?
Today ⁸⁄₂₀ I dined in and upon entering it smelled like barf! Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a spicy chicken combo without tomato. Of course, it came with tomato? How hard is it not to put tomato, it’s not rocket science people.
Anyhow there was more batter than chicken (nothing like Chic-​Fil-​A, yum). Why Wendy’s changed their fires to natural with sea salt beats the heck out of me, but their fries are the worst in the industry. I used to love dipping my fries into a nice cold frosty. Back to reality, the fountain drink area was a disarray and both ketchup dispensers were out.
This Wendy’s needs some major TLC. Don’t get me wrong I am a big fan of Wendy’s menu, I’m just not fond of this location. I prefer the location in Riverpark.

The burger was good, and the fries would’ve been perfect if they weren’t cold. This Wendy’s can do better.

Very slow restaurant for fast food ! They forgot my bacon on my crispy chicken sandwich that I paid 90 cents to add. The fries were cold and the burger was warm. Hmmmm … Old fries?

the burgers were really warm and the fries were cold and old which kinda ruins the burger and fry aspect! Everyone was very disappointed with the fries and kept blaming me personally for wanting to go to Wendy’s and get fries :/

Long line. Not worth the wait. Defeats the purpose of being labeled as fast food. Not like it’s an in n out. Shady with the sauces as well. Really? After my long wait you should be willing to give me extra sauces.

Good location, nice dining area. Suprisingly empty on a saturday afternoon. Thats a good thing though.

Would have been OK if they didn’t take a million years. I mean, the food is Wendy’s standard, not the greatest in the world, but decent for the price.
However, it took so long to get through the drive through I might as well have gone inside, speaking of which, the drive through is really strangely positioned.
I guess I would come here again if I was craving Wendy’s specifically, but If I just want «food now» (which is usually the case when I am going for fast food) I would probably go somewhere else.

This Wendy’s location has gone down hill. There are maintenance issues all over the restaurant!!! Our table was wobbling all over the place, the Frosty machine was making a LOUD god awful noise!!! There was trash all over the floor, and the bathrooms were filthy! The place wasn’t even busy! Its took 15 min for our food to be done. The food was ok, but it used to be alot better… It might be time for a new manager at this location!!! I wont be returning any time soon!!!

Typical Wendy’s food, and decent staff. The three stars is for the drive thru. You cannot tell if your coming or going. I drove around the restaurant several times trying to get in. If your not a regular here, you must pay attention. It kind of makes you feel like a zoo animal looking at a kid like its a snack, «i see it, i see it, but i cant get to it»

Bathrooms were dirty. Lobby was messy and trash everywhere and there was hardly anyone there. The food did not seem very fresh.

The cashiers were the most friendly fast food employees ever! During holiday travel… that my friends is very important! They smiled & asked about our trip, were fast & patient. The food came hot, fresh & fast. salads are a great add on here. The tables, outside & bathroom were all clean. The manager seemed very involved in keeping things clean, in order & also thanked us at the door. I would love to see a mirror in the ladies room though… That was my only disappointment, as I would like to check my teeth & reapply my lipstick after eating. All in all, this is a great place to make a pit stop
