Three Palms Mobile Home & RV Park

I would have given them no stars if I could. Terrible, awful, scary and gross are a few words that come to mind with this place. We being unfamiliar with that area relied on a search and pictures to determine where we were going to stay 1 night in the Fresno area. Our mistake. We got there after «closing» but, no worries they took our cc info before hand. It was harder to find than you can possibly imagine. With the road construction making it worse we finally found it after a grand tour of what I can guess is the worst part of town we finally located it. Tucked away on some dark turn in down a dark road. There were no site maps to point you to your reserved spot, very few lights of any kind unless you count the glow of all the «residents» cigarettes or pipes. with very narrow streets with residents parking everywhere it was difficult to maneuver our 35ft 5^th wheel. Couldn’t find our assigned spot after 2 tours and an uncomfortable question/​answer segment with a resident. Finally we gave up, 30 bucks just isn’t worth it.
Looks like it’s mainly a «mobile home village» and not a very good one at that! I would NOT recommend this place for a single night let alone anytime longer.,
