Do not ever go to this subway. It was my first time being at this location, and the employee was really rude. Her name is frances. After she took out my sandwich from the toaster she kept putting veggies without asking me. I told her if i can please have some extra olives, and she just put 3 pieces of it. I told her light mayo, and she put tons of mayo on the sandwich, and keep on putting oil and vinegar untill i stopped her. She wasn’t listening at all. I have been to different subways before but never seen such a person. She was rude, impolite, and not acceptable at all. Very selfish on the veggies as if she is paying for the products from her pocket. Omg unbelievable.

I have eaten at this Subway several times now and I really like this establishment. The restaurant is always clean as well as I’m always greeted and feel valued; not very common at Subway! The staff is very warm and welcoming.
Today in particular, it is July and 102 degrees outside, meanwhile in the restaurant was a chill 72 degrees with all the ceiling fans going at full speed (Love it!!).
I ordered the $ 6 Black Forest Ham combo on 9 grain and it was delicious as usual!
Other than that, if you’re in Central Fresno and are craving a sub, I recommend eating at this Subway on Shields and First St.
