Talk about a hidden gem in Fresno! A friend of mine told me to go here because I was looking for jewelry for my halloween costume and I am so glad I did. Not only did I find jewelry but also a hat that was able to use for my costume as well. There is a lot to look at in this store as the inventory always changes! I went in there on one Saturday to look at their selection of necklaces and ended up buying the hat. I went in there another Saturday to finalize my necklace selection and they got in more stuff to choose from. I ended up purchasing two necklaces from them and they couldn’t have gone better with my costume! The staff is phenomenal here. Right when I walked in(the first time I went there) I was greeted by one of the staff — younger girl with long brown hair — and I told her what I was looking for. She also explained to me how the pricing works in the store. After I looked at the necklaces I went throughout the whole store to see what they all had. Women’s, mens, teens, shoes, household items, suits, kids and so much more! Then when it was time to ring me up, the lady at the register was such a doll. She was so friendly and was just as ecstatic I was getting this hat for $ 1.50 as I was! The second time I came in, the same two ladies were working and they remembered me. This to me is the key to a well run business! Again the girl with the long brown hair helped me find the necklaces I needed and I was on my way. So glad I found this place!

It’s years since I frequented this store, but it was great to be back. I used to love the children’s selection, but that is not as strong as it once was. I picked up some lovely shirts for myself for a good price. The layout and organization of the store is much improved over how it was previously. It’s much nicer, also, than shopping in thrift stores, because it doesn’t smell and the clothes are vetted for stains and holes and out of date ugliness. Gwynn and Heaather have a good eye for what will sell.

I have been consigning there for over 6 yrs and she has been fantastic to work with, great store, friendly staff and fair all the way around whether you are selling or purchasing! I recommend Repeat Performance to all my friends

Do not consign your cloths with this store!!! They will take them and not pay you!!! My husband and I brought in several hundred designer items that were pressed and dry cleaned. We moved out of state and never received a dime for anything! This store is a rip off!!! BEWARE!!!

LOVE this store! I always find great things… and so cheap! I only hate telling people because I don’t want them getting my finds!

When I went into the store it wasn’t all that great. The clothing they have is priced pretty high for stuff I could get cheaper elsewhere. I found that most of the men’s clothing was newer, from stores like Target or Gap where you can pay the same amount new. Newer clothing is thin and very low quality, why would you think you can sell it for the same price as it is new, but used? I’ve come in 2 – 3 times and found the same stuff, priced about the same. Fresno is a healthy thrift store town where you can pick up items like these for much less than what is sold here.

Went here for the first time yesterday! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The shop was clean and well organized. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the clothes. I bought some timberland boots for $ 20 :) can’t wait to go back

Great selection of clothes for our family. My wife and I enjoyed shopping here for our 4 kids plus a little something for us too. I like that it’s clean with friendly staff that will show you what you are looking for with a smile on their faces. Great selection of kids clothes, mostly named brands and at good prices. Some were priced high but when an item sits it will be price reduced so you can also shop by looking at the type of color tag that’s on the item.

Love to consign with Repeat Performance. My items usually sell quick and happy and surprised with the paycheck. I also have found great deals for my kids as well as for me. Customer service is excellent. If you need help putting an outfit together just ask and if not busy someone will usually help you. I love shopping weekday mornings because its crowded on weekends.

Okay, so I just left there and was truly amazed. I NEVER shopped consignment before but I have a interview coming up so I wanted to get fresh, for a affordable price. The owner truly helped me. She seen the budget I had and made sure I left ready to impress. I left with 3 shirts Perry Ellis, Nordstrom and something else but just as nice and a very nice pair of pants for around $ 50. They had a nice Armani shirt that was just too short for me. She also threw in a tie. She advised me how to rock my dreads and how I could do my facial here(I’m scruffy lol). All without going over that line that will make one uncomfortable. She’s like a nice aunt lol. I can go on forever and would give them 10 stars if I could. Only thing is the man section isn’t as huge as the others but with the selection it doesn’t even matter. I will definitely recommend it and definitely go back. Stop reading this and GONOW! lol

It is my understanding that this business is a ministry. I can certainly appreciate what they do to help those who need support, as we also help others. They are very particular and carefully examine each of your items which is a smart business practice. Because of this, they don’t have an inventory of stained and well worn items to sell. Those are the plus sides of this business. However, I understand that you can’t get new prices out of used clothing, but all said and done, I received an average of $ 5.00 per item out of the 20+ pieces I placed on consignment many of which came from higher end boutique/retail stores and I’m sad to say that many were worn only once. Lesson learned. I can’t remember the last time I received such unfriendly and unappreciative service. Not a word during the 20 – 30 minutes it took to check the items in, except«how much did this cost new?». I understand she had a job to do entering all the items one by one with descriptions, but to totally disregard your customer standing there in front of you who has brought you more business, not good. Not to mention no «Thank you» when she was finished. I did what I was asked by making and being on time for an appointment and bringing in good quality clothing. At the very least a «thanks for coming in», would have been nice to hear. I worked retail years ago, and on bad or hard days, I was always cordial to the customers it was expected by the customer and demanded by my management. It’s just a good way to do business.

As if they need another 5 star review… but it is true– this place is GREAT! Was in town on business and had some time, so I stopped in to see why so many other Unilocalers liked the place. Very clean, roomy, organized store. Items are on the racks by size, color AND item type! Prices are very reasonable for what you are getting– NWT or hardly worn designer duds! My super find of the day was a Bebe red silk top with rabbit fur collar for less than $ 26! Sweet! As for the shoes– nothing caught my fancy today, but all items were clean with very little ware on the soles… BIG selection for you size 5’s out there. Lots of fun scarves and belts too… Gwen is a doll– she greets you, gives you a lay of the land(they have housewares and decent sized men’s and children’s sections too!) and tells you to ask if you need anything. She is great on checking in with you without hovering… love that. I will definitely be back when I am in town again!

This is by far the best consignment store I have ever consigned with. I’ve been going here for six years and have made a pretty penny here(even driving from Visalia once I moved here). The consignment process is simple. Make an appointment, let them know how much you are bringing in and they will go through your items while you are there. They expect things ironed and on hangers. They take their time going through your stuff looking for stains/holes but this is for your benefit(to ensure your items have the best chance of selling). They proivde you an itemized list of the items they take(I like to reference this later for which items sold). For me I usually bring in 50 pieces or so and they typically will take 40 – 45. They take jewlery, kids clothing/items, men’s items(this is a rare find), books, home décor etc. I received my check for merchandise two weeks of my consignment closing and an itemized list of my donated times(ones that didn’t sell) within the first two weeks of January so that I could claim the deductions on my taxes. This is quite possibly the best part as I am able to write off $ 800-$ 1000 each year. The staff are all super friendly. I love chit chatting with them while they are going through my items(they know me by name now). I have purchased a few things in the store al in excellent condition. My favorite thing to browse is designer purses and shoes because of their excellent condition. Their price points for buying are great! Cheaper then Ross/Marshalls; however, this is a drawback when selling items. I wish they would raise it just a tad. I have now moved to Sacramento and have been on the hunt for a consignment store that half compares to this one and have not been able to find anything close. So I will now be taking the drive to Fresno once every three months to consign my items here.

I come all the way from Merced to consign items because I get the best return on my clothing here. You have to make an appointment in advance and bring in ironed merchandise on hangers but the effort you take with quality will bring a nice return. I received my check for merchandise within 10 days of my consignment closing and an itemized list of my donated times(ones that didn’t sell) within the first two weeks of January so that I could claim the deductions on my taxes. Consignment staff here are honest and sales floor staff are helpful. This is a great place to bring your consignment items.

REPEAT Performance = REPEAT shopping! They are definitely the best second-hand shop in town. I loved the different selections of clothing(i.e. modern, vintage, casual, professional) and they also have great accessories, shoes, books, home décor and other really fab items. Will happily come back as a REPEAT customer, happily.

Love love LOVE Repeat Performance! The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Clothing is organized by type, size and color — wow! I found some fabulous items there for a very reasonable price. Lots of brand name items! I haven’t consigned with them yet, but I hope to do so soon.

Fabulous consignment store. Higher end designer clothes and areas clearly separated, even handbags, furniture and a children’s area. What a find, I wouldn’t have expected this quality in Fresno. The staff is friendly and I got a few pieces with additional off jof 30% Items are clean and sized, which I love. Discounts depend on the color tag and how long it has been there. They also donate the clothes to local charities if they don’t sell it.

I am really unfamiliar with the way consignment stores work, but this place is pretty nifty for shopping for used clothes. You are better off looking for clothes at a thrift store, but I really liked the service here. I walked into this store when doing my laundry at the laundromat across the street, hoping to kill time. I was walking around looking for the men’s section when one of the employees walked up to me asking if it was my first time there. She was really upbeat and cheerful and walked me over to the men’s section(which was only a few racks) and explained the way their method of pricing works. A lot of their clothes is tagged with a certain color and there are signs all over the place indicating a discount, just like a bunch of other thrift stores. I looked through the shirts and managed to find a nice button up shirt from the Gap for about five bucks. The back room is filled with furniture, electronics and books. The checkout process was pleasant and the Mary Kay looking ladies at the register made me feel totally welcome. But really, this place offers great service and a decent selection.
