Pizza Hut

My mom and I tried to order a pizza over the phone today and I swear whoever picked up the phone was a complete idiot. We were just ordering a medium veggie lover’s pizza with the hut flavor crust. The guy on the phone kept asking what pizza we wanted and my mom had already said four times which one. She then asked if we could add the hut favorite flavor crust and he said yes and and started listing which flavors they had. Again my mom had to repeat herself for a few times before giving up and saying that a regular crust would be fine. The guy on the phone then repeated our order back to us and asked if it was right and my mom said yes. My mom went to go pick up the pizza and they had put meat on a veggie lover’s pizza. The guy even repeated veggie lover to my mom when she went to pick it up and he handed her a pizza that clearly wasn’t ours. My mom said it was wrong and that we ordered a veggie lover pizza and they asked if we wanted to re-​order it but it would take about 30 minutes. My mom said no and walked out. We definitely won’t be eating at this Pizza Hut again. They continue to mess up orders and it’s just frustrating.

Yesterday I order a pizza online wanted almost 2hours then called up Pizza Hut. Right when I called I was placed on hold for almost 5 min. When a person got on the line they were rude as hell! I stated my name in the person was like yeah we cancel your order because your number was disconnected. Me being shocked like well I’m calling you on my number right now. I was placed back on hold! When the rep got back on the phone they were like well we called your phone in its off. Come to find out they had my number wrong! After all that extra drama Rep going to ask me if I want to reorder in a rude voice. I was like no I would not like to order again! I will never go back to this ghetto ass Pizza Hut again.

This place has horrible service. I walked in to place an order for a few pizzas. It was 2pm so it wasn’t during busy rush hours. The cashier told me the cooks were slow today which should’ve been a red flag already. I asked how long it would take for my order to be done and the cashier as well as her manager who was standing next to her both said about 30 minutes. However I didn’t need the pizzas for another 3hrs so I asked if I could pick them up in 3hrs. The manager instructed the cashier to enter the order as what they referred to as a «future order» so my order would be freshly made when I arrived to pick up. I come back in 3 hrs and sure enough, the cashier tells me that the cooks haven’t even started on my order and to give her 30 minutes and she would have it done herself! I appreciate the young Hispanic girl who helped get my order done but I was pretty upset because it was an inconvenience for me and my guests were starting to arrive at my daughters birthday party and here I was still waiting for my order! On top of all this, the manager did not shed any sympathy when she saw that I had returned and was upset.

I have to say that I have ordered Pizza Hut coast to coast. That being said, the pie that I had was not the best effort of the franchise.
What I ordered was a large Supreme; but was anything but supreme…
Toppings were scarce and spread so thin I thought it should be called the ‘The Mojave Desert Pizza’. Great deal if you like eating crust… I can’t believe that putting a few more toppings on a pie and making it look and taste good could hurt business!
The staff was friendly and took my order in a short time and wait was twelve minutes.
I have an idea they could use, How about BRING your own toppings and have them put it on! That should be the next special…

WORST customer service ever! I ordered online came into the store to pick up dinner, it took 10 minutes just for any employees to come to the front to acknowledge that they had customers. There was 1 guy in front of me then me, then a woman and her dad, then a guy and his lil daughter. The cashier skips me and the guy before me and helps the man and daughter. I tell her the guy in front of me was next and then me. She gives me a dirty look and says oh. And still continues to help them before us. Worst staff I’ve ever came across! I will NOT be coming back. Staff should be fired and hire people who actually care about customers. I waited 25 minutes even after placing an online order for carry out and came right when it said it will be ready for pick up. A corporate manager needs to do an over haul there! Very ghetto and unwelcoming staff. Don’t even greet customers.

Last weekend I and my friend were drunk and too hungry and what we wanted was the stuffed crust pizza. We always order our pizza from Pizza hut. It is much easier than others and they are fast. We ordered and waited for about 20 – 25 minutes until it arrived. They actually do a good service. Though I give them 3 star because they need to improve their menu. The toppings of Domino pizza are better and you have more variety compare to pizza hut. Price wise pizza hut is much better than dominos. We ordered two large pizza and it costed near 25 bucks while for the same order in domino you have to pay at least 45 – 40 dollars.

I wont eat at this Pizza Hut. When I first moved to this side of town two years ago I called them and placed an order for a large pizza for delivery. Everything was great until I got the pizza and opened the box. The pizza looked like it had been cut by someone having a seizure. I had triangle slices, square slices, you name it. it just makes me wonder what they were doing back there and what else might had been wrong with my pizza that I couldn’t visually see. I should had got in my car and taken it back and said something but I was so tired from moving and unpacking boxes that I just ate it, figuring it doesn’t matter how its cut as long as it taste good.
Well, I ended up going back a few months later and I ordered a personal pan pizza meal that had a drink and 3 bred-​sticks. I got my order to go and when I got home the bread-​sticks were hard as a rock which means they were old when they gave them to me. Funny thing about it, is that they gave me 5 bread-​sticks instead of the 3… because they were old. As if I wanted not only 3 but 5 bread-​sticks I couldn’t eat.
I wont go back to this location. In fact. Pizza Hut use to be my favorite pizza place for the longest time but something about it is different. It just doesn’t seem good anymore. I started going to Leonardo’s Pizza and Papa Murphy’s a few blocks down the street.

Ordered three veggie delight pizzas over the web, one without bell peppers, one with jalapenos and one as is. They were ready on time and piping hot and tasted great within 15 minutes. The staff was courteous and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Parking was easy to, located in the same block as Walgreen’s and I would return. Great value $ 10 for a specialty pizza!
