STAYFAR, FAR, AWAYFROMFOXPROPERTYMANAGEMENT. They are nice to you & will give you all their attention when your looking to rent from them — then the minute you do move in & give them list of discrepancies that were NOT taken care of — they ignore you. Stains in carpet throughout, water stains on windows,(that you can’t see through) cockroaches in patio, damage refrigerator, mildew oder in washing machine(that I’ve cleaned w/Bleach & Vinegar to get rid of, but not working) making my clothes smell bad afterward. List goes on…(this is a Nice neighborhood btw, — N.E. from Riverpark) You’d think that this«professional«, establishment would treat their renters with respect and follow through with what was talked about in person and with said contract. — So far, they’ve only had a handy man fix a hole in bathroom that now looks like a volcano about to explode. After reading the other comments, it looks like they(FOXPROP) will be penalizing me(when I move out) for the discrepancies that were here when I moved in 6 weeks ago. ~ I paid $ 1800.00 to secure the rental and 2 weeks later I paid $ 1195.00 to move in,(that does not include the 1st month rent that I paid 2weeks after the last transaction) I followed their instructions with no complaint from me at the time, TRUSTING that at least a couple of these issues would be taken care. I got 1 call back from Fox Prop, telling me the«Pests» would be taken care of and to be expecting a call from Pest Control. — 1 month later, I’ve received NO call from Pest Control. — I called Fox Prop back & now they are saying its MY responsibility to hire Pest Control!?! …These roaches were here BEFORE I moved in! I called them to ask about a property and Chris Darling, one of the real estate agents, answered with a rude tone in her voice which left me feeling uncomfortable. If she talks that way to people who aren’t even tenants, I can’t even imagine how much more rude she is to the actual tenants she’s supposed to serve. I would NOT make business with a company like that.

Rented a home in quail lake for one year. We left the home in immaculate condition, yet they still charged us over $ 400 in cleaning fees. They said things like, «porch not swept,» though they did not inspect until 3 weeks after we moved out?! I would strongly avoid this company.

Keep posting more complains so people can see what kind of damage they do to the community and to the tenants. They dont care about the tenants. They get hire by owners to be mean and rude so you get scare. And so they can collect more money. But what the owners dont know is that they been #$!&@ from the back also. This company dont care about no one they will get rid of any one on their way.

Steer FARFAR away from Fox Property Management. I filed for divorce and though I have a written Separation Agreement file and accepted in court which states that the home Fox is managing is 50% mine, the owner Terry Fox chooses to only send rent statements and invoices to my soon to be ex-husband. The ironic thing is that I’m the one that found the tenant, and signed up with Fox Property Management, and communicated with the Tenant for TWOYEARSSTRAIGHT, authorizing repairs etc. However, once I filed for divorce, my soon to be ex called the owner and asked him to not supply me with any information. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the California Department of Real Estate.

I rented a 2 bedroom from them off ashlan by the airport. Had to put 1400 down an soon as my 1 year lease was up I moved out. They only gave me 400 $ back from my 1400 $!!I will never rent from them again! They charged me for stuff they had to come fix that I didnt break. I will always encourage friends and family to go somewhere else. They charge the tenants for repairs like the tenants are the dam owners!!!

By far some of the rudest people I’ve dealt with when it comes down to property management. The owner runs this pathetic little crowded property management office. He is rude and seems to think its ok to raise his voice at potential tenants. I helped move in a little Salvadorian family, which I helped translate for as well and had I been them I would have told him to go F*ck himself. Came off racist and seemed to think my client was stupid just because they didn’t speak English. He(Fox Property Manager/Owner) sent us to the property where some tall blonde woman gave us a walk through to make sure everything was up to par. She was also rude as F*ck! Very impatient, unprofessional and rushed us. My client was asking questions and literally shut me up in the middle of my translation to tell us to first let her speak and then we could ask questions. Mind you we were trying to ask questions as she was on topic. She seemed very rushed to get home, after all it was a Friday… In my opinion worst experience I’ve ever had when dealing with property management. Customer service was horrid! The only thing I’d recommend is to stay away from these unprofessional bunch of jerks.

Worst management company ever it’s the tenants responsibility to spray for bugs and my ac went out and u try and call the office and no one will answer ur emergency call so I sat around all weekend in a house that was 95 inside temp at nite ended up getting a hotel for the weekend cuz no ever called me back from fox to get the ac fix and it was 108 all weekend

I’ve rented from Fox Property. I found Terri Fox to be a very rude man! I’ve called to ask questions and nobody ever called me back. The house I rented was over priced! That is my 2cents! Tina H.
