Fosters Freeze

Way back in 1989 this used to be a DairyQueen, food was fantastic. Pretty sure it’s good now too, probably a bigger menu. Restaurant setup is the same, a great plus.

This is definitely my favorite place between the hours of 8 to 9pm. Those late night cravings kill me! We always order a large Reese’s Cup Twister (my wife and I share it) and two small Oreo twisters with gummy worms for the kiddos.
Of course you can’t have ice cream without Forster’s famous crinkle fries, so add two large orders too; BOMB! LOL!
I rarely if ever eat lunch here, but I can tell you the that «Big Boss Burger» is to die for. Onion rings, bacon, cheese, OMG, my stomach just growled. A must try!
The service is pretty slow here at night, so get there before the rush, other than that no real complaints. Food is always consistent and delicious.

I don’t need a lot of fast food hamburger chains but this one I usually will make an exception for. I really like the old fashion and style of doing hamburgers that foster freeze is known for.
I always order the old fashioned to onion rings placed on the burger. Its the best taste in the world. Yes you may have to wait a bit but that’s because they are cooking your birthday to order well. I never feel like the wait is long but I do appreciate a burger that’s cooked all the way through.
It’s not an everyday place that I go to but when you have a feeling the taste for a burger this is the place to go.

Mary (drive through) must have been PMSing last night (4−7−14 pm) she knows the menu by heart and when I asked if they still had the Dirt and Worm dessert her response was «If you see it on the menu then, yes we do) Well Mary, your menu outside is faded. I rarely go there and do not know the menu. I am an office manager and if any of my staff would talk (RUDE) to anyone that comes into our office the way Mary did she would be reprimanded. Apparently Mary doesn’t know how to treat customers with different attitudes. She puts a guard up with a ghetto attitude. «Mary I was just asking a simple question, you could of stop this from going public by answering «yes we do still have the worm and dirt dessert» You lost a customer, and believe me I will let others know». Your manager should be aware of his employees attitudes because it’s what brings in the customers.

I eat here twice a month for lunch, the burgers are better than those other fast food chains. (except in and out) The fries and onion rings are tasty. The blizzards are always good on a hot day. The only thing i would have an issue with is the service. Its all younger people with attitudes! They all could use some training in the cust service department!!! I will continue to go because its close to my shop and the prices are resonable!!!

This location seems to have improved a lot since the last time I went. I got a chicken sandwich and it came out tasting quite good, and now they give you an option to add bacon and cheese, which added a little extra flavor to it. My only complaint is that the waffle fries weren’t that great. They didn’t burn the skin off the roof of my mouth, but they were lacking in seasoning and crispness.
Another odd thing about this place is the drive-​thru window, its a fair distance away from your car and you can’t get any closer because of the hedge they have underneath the window itself. It makes paying and getting your food kind of awkward.

This Fosters is close to my office so frequent it now and again… its always fairly quick service, sometimes could be a little cleaner, but the food is right on par with most other Fosters I have eaten at.
I have always found the staff to be pretty friendly and have not had any problems with an order.
The old fashion burger and milkshakes really cant be beat by the other chains… great stuff.

Family and I went on a hot after noon. It was 99¢ any size cone day. The cashier who took Our order was nice. When we picked up our order the manager in red shirt screwed up our order. I order all cones. Two large vanilla and two chocolate and one swirl with both flavors. She gave us two cups and three cones. She messed up the flavors. I tried to tell her mess up but she insisted she was right and did not fix our orders. The service was awful. The manager was pig headed. I got an order that I did not order. The cashier that took our order went to go hide at the drive thru window and started to take drive thru orders. Save the time and hassle, go to dairy queen or somewhere else, where they appreciate paying customers. I will tell all my friends and family to boycott this place. I will never go here again.

Just ate here for dinner it was pretty good. Ive been eating food at this foster freeze for years now. I cant complain
