I used Fast Notary Service recently and my experience was a positive one. Professional, fast, and pleasant. There is plenty of parking, it’s easy to find, and I thought the fees were reasonable. I think they do Live Scans, too.

This guy tried to rip me off. I only needed one signature and he tried to charge me for three other signatures. Went to another person instead and got it cheaper.

I definitely give this place 0 stars to begin with. never again will I go here! Today I sent my sons father here to get a letter that was given to me by the state of California to be notarized that my sons father is giving me consent that im as the mother will be getting a passport for our son and well the guy refused to sign it for reasons that fresno county clerks office couldn’t understand also. I already had spoke to the guy a day before and he said to just have the father come back to the office and he will sign it but that didn’t happen! so he just basically gave us the run around so I decided to look else where.
