Absolute worse experience from day one in 2007. Overcharged. They came out to see a problem with my system and immediately say our membrane was broke and had to replace with a new system. My $ 120 quote turned into $ 380. Tech comes to replace it and I need to assist him with my own supplies because he «forgot» his own. And was told he would have to be really fast because he’s got tons of others to «deal with». He leaves and my spigot begins leaking. I call and am now told its $ 70 plus labor. I told them they can pick up the tank because I don’t want it now… now I still have to pay $ 120! They have friendly people with POOR management and any customer service.

Natalie, EXACTLY!!! Something is wrong with mine and no one at the company cares!!! Not to mention that their Aquafinance credit company falsely opened up a second account after we closed ours and for three years, we’ve been trying to get it off. Finally, it’s gone, after they could not supply us with a signed contract! Every time we asked for a signed contract for the new account, they sent us the contract for the original account.
