5 Stars. I had Brian come awhile ago to install a couple of locks for my business. He was accessible and scheduling was easy. Pricing was fair and he was a pleasure to work with him. Furthermore, he stands by his work. Recently he came out and fixed a little that came loose. It is hard sometimes to find great service providers. I highly recommend Brian.

Had a brain fart and locked myself out of a client’s house. After calling 4 other places and being told the wait time would be 2 hours average, I texted a friend and she sent me to Donovans. They sent me text updates on the ETA and assisted in replacing the bottom lock and matching to the client’s key. The price was reasonable and comparable to other services I’ve used many years ago (faulty lock, out of my control that time!) The customer service was excellent and I will keep their number, just in case!

These guys are great. Fast, professional and great price. I highly recommend their services. Call them. It’s hard to find courtesy these days but they have it!
