I hear ants are bad this summer and sure enough, they invaded my bathroom. One call to CSI and Alec and Jesus were out the same day. I was thrilled to arrive home to the absence of ants and am just as thrilled and ant-​free a week later.

We were let down twice! We had an inspection set for Friday between 3 – 5 and no show. I had to call so the guy can call me to tell me he was stuck working on a roof. Sorry but a call should have been made to let us know or to reschedule so we can move on with our plans. So he said he would make it up to us and show up today at 9am. Guess what NO SHOW and NO CALL! Thanks for poor business!

We have a few properties that CSI takes care of and they do a great job. Very courteous technicians, they always ask if we need anything else taken care of when we are around. We also have a public venue that they service and we need to make sure we are using product that isn’t harmful to our patrons but also will keep the pests away. They are happy to work with us and have done a fantastic job keeping our place pest free. Every issue we have had has been addressed. I would recommend them to anyone!

CSI does a monthly service for us for a very reasonable rate. If between services we have any problem (like spiders or rodents) they will come out and take care of it ASAP. They always call the day before and work around our schedules for visits. Very professional and helpful.

I had birds nesting in my eves, and the mess was adding up quickly. They came out and applied netting to keep the birds from nesting and spikes where the birds were sitting during the day. For the first time in years, I have no bird mess on my concrete. Thanks Dave. You did a great job.
