This restaurant has become our go to for Mexican food… The food is always delicious, service is great and it is affordable. We will keep coming back!

Food was horrible, I am Canadian and cook better mexican food. Albondigas has no taste, my girlfriends potatoes were raw and when she informed the waitress all she said was Oh Yeah, never will we go back. And they charged for the lemon in your tea or water.

The owner of Casa Quintero is greedy and cheap. We have been going here for a long time and the prices keep going higher and the food is not the best but we like the chips and salsa. Not once has the owner ever acknowledged us or anyone else that I have seen and said thank you for coming in when ringing us up. This may seem petty, but one small nice gesture they had done for years there was putting some mints with the check. We always loved that cause they are so refreshing after eating Mexican food but today we were told he no longer is doing that because they are too expensive to buy… really? I just thought wow… how stinking greedy! Also, too greedy to put toilet seat covers in the bathroom. They have been empty every single time I have ever used the bathroom there and I have to use toilet paper to cover the seat. The servers are great though and we appreciate them. He just needs to remember that his customers are what keeps him in business and he just lost 3 of them!

We love to eat here… Food is always so good… enchiladas are so yummy. Fajitas are bomb. (Trio is the best) service is always great !!! Same waitress every time and she’s always spot on whether it’s slow or busy. She’s Awesome !!!

I came in, and asked if they served chilaquilles. He said they do not. my server was kind enough to ask the cook if he would specially make that for me and he did. Not only did he make it, but he asked HOW I would like them prepared. Amazing service here. I’ll Def be back and trying more of their food.

Casa Quintero is easily my favorite Mexican restaurant! Everything I’ve ever eaten here was delicious, and the prices are good. The waitress, (who serves every table by herself) always greets us in a friendly manner and remembers what we like to order. She is pretty much a super woman. Lots of the best meals are buy one get one half price on Tuesdays! Another plus is that they have Mr. Pibb, which we don’t see in many restaurants. This place is definitely a hidden gem. I would come every week if I could!

I had been looking for authentic Mexican food and I found it. Ordered a cheese enchilada meal and everything was great. The server was attentive and the experience was good.

Décor: something from the 1970s movie.
Pre-​dish: The chips and salsa were very good. The chips seems like they were homemade. The salsa was not as hot but pretty good.
Dish: my dish consist of three pork tacos with rice and beans. The pork came in giant chunks, I wish they were shredded not big chunks. I had to shred the pork myself. The tacos came out pretty good though. The rice and beans were very tasty, the beans were refried of course and had shredded cheese melted on top. The rice, Spanish rice of course, were very good as well. My mom’s dish, consist of little spare ribs with rice and beans. The ribs were drenched in a very tasty sauce, a red sauce that was not as hot. The ribs themselves were very tasty and even the sauce itself was very good.
Afterwards: the price was reasonable. $ 30 for two dishes and plenty of left-​overs. Not bad.

While looking for a good Mexican style lunch, we stumbled upon this place. I was very impressed with the seasoning in the food and also the excellent customer service. Candidly the outside of the restaraunt looks kind of part of an older strip mall but the meal and service was excellent!

After my initial visit, I didn’t really have any plans to come here again. The food and service were both just ok but nothing great enough to entice me back when there are so many other Mexican options around Fresno.
My boyfriend, however, happens to be on a «try all the huevos rancheros in town» mission, so I tagged along. BAH. I really wish I had opted out. They messed up my order — twice. FYI this was not a language barrier as our waitress spoke clear English. She just chose to not listen to me either time.
I am not one to ever send my plate back if there’s an error, but my order came out the exact opposite of what I asked! After awkwardly having to send my dish back then clarifying my order to our waitress to ensure the correct food came out, imagine my shock when the second plate came out wrong again! At this point I just sucked it up and took the meal as is (which was dry and not very good).
For what it’s worth, the potatoes from my bf’s dish were delicious but it won’t stop me from adding Casa Quintero to my «Never Again» list.

First time here and the last time too. The Dinner Plate Combo #14 was horrible, the Shredded beef Taco shell was so hard the Tamale was nothing but masa, very little meat in it. The only thing that was good was the rice and beans.

Awesome food. We always clean our plates when we come here. The food is homemade and fresh. There is only one waitress here and she is Wonder Woman. You would never know there is only the one waitress. And she has the whole menu memorized.

One of my «go to places» for Mexican food. This is about as close as anybody will get to grandmas rice and beans, and yes they cook with lard so the taste is really authentic. If you like a small place with outstanding food then this is it. You will not be wowed by the décor but the food and service are great!

Best shredded beef tacos ever! I love this place and the waitstaff is very friendly.

? This place is AMAZING! I would have to say one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley.
The food was SO good. I got the enchilada verdes and they were POINT! Spicy and cooked to perfection. The beans and rice are also amazing. Fluffy, flavorful rice and smooth, yummy beans. And of course the chips and salsa were amazing. Mild and hot salsa.
The restaurant is really clean. Authentic Mexican deco for sure. The employees were super nice and made me feel like I was at my grandmother’s house eating in her kitchen.
I would absolutely recommend this place. You won’t regret it! This was my first time here and definitely won’t be my last :)
P. S. You get soft mints at the end of your meal. So good! :)

This place is amazing! I’m not a HUGE fan of Mexican food. I’m not a huge fan of food period. I am definitely more open to Mexican thanks to Casa Quintero. The food was drool worthy. It smelled like your mom’s house when she’s making your favorite meal and you can’t wait to devour it… seriously, that good. The small restaurant gave a personable and comfortable feeling. I ordered the chicken fajitas. The homemade flan was kick ass as well. The waitress was very nice and helpful to our party that was full of questions.
FYI, they close very early! I believe by 8 p.m.

Really great food and good service I really enjoyed eating there. I don’t think it’s expensive. The food was amazing and hot. I just really liked it I would compare it to Castillo’s and Javier’s. Except this one is a lot closer to my house haha so I might being going there more often. But I would deginently recommend this place to other people.

Found this place on Unilocal when I went I another Mexican Resturant and it was closed down. Had 4 out of 5 stars so I thought I would try it. Had the Asada tacos which tasted great the meat had flavor and wasn’t to greasy. The chips and salsa were good and tasted fresh. I really loved the tacos.

This place has exceptional service. Its the 2^nd time I have been here and they have not disappointed me. Great customer service; clean restroom; i didnt wait long for my order and it was Delicious!
I will always come back!

I’ve officially given up on Mexican food in Fresno. I paid 22 dollars plus tip to not eat this food because it was greasy and poorly executed.
Generally, you can tell if the Mexican restaurant you are attending is going to be good by the chips and salsa. Well this place had it’s chips under a heat lamp and it’s salsa was tasteless.
With all this said, I would like to say the reviews on here are really odd. If you rated this place above 2 dollars you clearly have no tastebuds and or have never tried good Mexican food.
