Yes this place is friendly and clean but the food made here was made very poorly
You can just tell whoever was making the food put zero effort
They really need to start looking at the product before serving and think (would i eat this) because then they would know to throw it away and start over
My burger was horribly assumbled it kept falling apart and my poor dad order the tacos and couldnt even grab them to eat them without them falling into pieces he had to eat the taco with a fork!
Fries dont even bother ordering them

Tried new pork chop biscuit. Absolutely awful. Biscuit hard and pork chop inedible tough and flavorless. Breakfast is my fave Neal but this one went in the trash! Wish they had a negative stars category!

Fries are more times then less are hot when I eat at this particular location. The staff were very nice and food came out fast.
A big downside were the restrooms wich were very unclean and smelled as well as the salsa bar that had flies around it.
Overall ok location.

Horrible. Horrible and rude service. Horrible and long wait for food. Horrible and disgusting food. It’s hard to screw up a soda and ice but they accomplished it. Horrible.

Today I ordered a breakfast meal with a large coffee, and when I got to work and opened it up the coffee was poured two whole inches below the rim of the cup. Not pleased. I’ve had issues with this particular location in the past with cheating me as well. A few months ago I ordered a breakfast meal and didn’t receive my hashbrowns, and of course didn’t notice it until I was at work.

Well, it lived up to its name… It was fast! With are large group of picky eaters, they got everything right. Staff was great, and rest is typical Carl’s.

I’ve given this location several tries as well as the one on Chestnut and I have yet to leave the drive-​thru with the correct items that I ordered. Not once, and that’s just unacceptable.

Who gives a fast food joint 5 stars? I do! Carl’s Jr is really good as far as fast food goes. It’s more expensive and their burgers are more impressive. The 5 stars by no means mean that its better than in-​n-​out but it has it’s pluses.
This Carl’s Jr is by far the best one in the Fresno/​Clovis area that I’ve found. Their burgers actually look like the commercials and they’re tastier than the other Carls’ around.
