Carl’s Jr.

This is easily the cleanest, nicest Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to. The manager is always making sure everybody is enjoying their meal and the staff does the same as well. The manager and employees look happy to work here, which is really nice to see as a customer dining in. The dining area is clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food has been consistently good. If you’re going to eat at Carl’s Jr., I would definitely advise you to go to this one!

This is the best Carl’s in town. It’s usually very clean and the customer service is tremendous. The manager knows his customers and his staff are very attentive. I know this is fast food but it’s a great place to eat. Add to that that they now serve a grass fed burger — I love eating here. Well done guys!

I’ve honestly never had such nice and attentive service at a fast food place. I had better service here than a lot of restaurants. Everything was fresh made and was out before I got back from the restroom. Both the manager and cashier checked in with me more than once to ask if I needed anything else. Honestly it was a lot more than I’ve grown to expect and it was a pleasant surprise.

I go to this Carl’s Jr in between classes for a quick breakfast maybe two or three times a week. Rachel usually takes my order and she is always very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes the manager takes my order and he, too, is extremely friendly and often jokes with me and whomever I’m with. It’s not very often I can describe a fast food experience as anything other than «not unpleasant,» but these two always put a smile on my face, and the service is quick and always correct. Great job, guys. Keep up the good work!

I had lunch with an old friend here today and while my chicken sandwich was delicious, my fries were severely over cooked but still edible. The reason for only two stars stems from what I assume was the manager and how he addressed a situation. While pouring our drinks we overheard him loudly scolding one of his employees for putting a special sticker on someone’s burger. He yelled at her for confusing people. I can understand why this might cause HIM to be confused, but really public humiliation was definitely way overboard for the misuse of a dumb sticker. I’ve worked fast food before and she probably only makes min wage… cut her some slack. It didn’t make her look stupid it made you, the management, look like a tyrant. Oh and perhaps you should learn her name instead of yelling YOUNG LADY repeatedly until she realizes you’re talking to her.
