This review from me is really overdue, like 17 years! I started with Lee Porter as my Service Rep from a personal/friend contact and couldn’t have been happier with the Fresno office. I highly suggest them. Below is my overall review for the Fresno/Bay Area Offices: I’ve used Caltronics for two offices, once in Fresno for 5 years and in San Francisco, we use either the Sunnyvale or San Jose office(I’m not really sure which office dispatches our service needs.) Either way, both times I have been the point of contact for purchase, resell, maintenance and other related leasing of the Konica photocopiers I’ve used for almost 13 years. Caltronics was introduced to me in Fresno and we had the absolute best, 100% client service ever! When we desperately needed a new service here at my current job in SF, I remembered Caltronics and had a new machine in in a month. Our 5 year lease just expired, and we now have two machines: a new Konica for our main office and the refurbished Konica we just paid off as a backup unit. I highly suggest Caltronics for rapid and professional service
