C Tech Exterminators

I have a large yard (17 000 sf) with a large house with dogs. Ctech takes care of business at our house. Ceaser is professional and friendly. He has even crawled under our house to retrieve a dead rat that was stinking up the house. Our previous pest controller threw rat bait under there and promised me that the rats would come out to find water and not die under the house. Thank you Ctech.

So I hired this company to do a Termite Inspection so I can get clearance to sell my building. It is one thing to get the inspection and another to get clearance. For the later, you’ll need to have EVERYTHING addressed in the report, by cleaning it up, repairing it, treating it, etc. I totally get why such an inspection is necessary for a buyer, but considering these things are going to the City for recording, one would think it is important to be truthful and realistic. If you are looking for TRUTHFULNESS BASED ON REALITY, do NOT use this company. In their report they said there was an «infestation» of termites. I asked if he actually saw any termites or took any samples. He said he did neither, but could tell from the condition of the wood. That is so bogus… you need to see them AND take samples before you go a state there is an infestation. How convenient that he will gladly treat this small area for a mere $ 500. That’s not the only irresponsible statement made by this company.” Fungus rot from uncontrollable excess moisture”…is that condensation, sprinklers, rain??? If it is uncontrollable, then how is one supposed to address this? Do we keep cleaning this rot up just for it to come back, since it is caused by UNCONTROLLABLE excess moisture? I think you get the WARNING.
