Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse

dear management, back then this store had it now it’s not so much to say but store is messy very very messy. cashiers got issues, lack of carts. for goodness sake order some carts!! especially holiday season. and posting up we hiring but aint hired nobody yet to help with the messiness. shows how much they don’t care about presentation. lack thereof.

During back to school time they should staff accordingly. Selection for tall guys in the suit department is dismal. Their dress shirt area is terrible. Very unhappy.

First of all, I like Burlington’s clothes and prices. However, this location is completely unorganized with bad customer service. The Clovis and Marketplace at El Paseo locations deserve 5 stars, but I feel this one deserves 3. They all have the same products and great prices. Upstairs in the home department though, there is almost no organization and the shelves are falling apart. There are shoes all over the floor in the shoe department at this location. Also, the customer service here is almost non-​existant. They do not have the one line setup like the others, and they never have more than 2 out of 12 registers open. Basically, this seems like a Burlington Outlet, while the others feel like «Burlington Department Store.»

recently went there and was surprised to see the changes made. The store is now stroller accessible lol… The last time I was there I couldn’t even move my baby’s stroller cz of all the mess on the floor (by mess I meant all their products) but boy did they clean up. Good job new manager!!! We’ll keep coming back just cz of the changes.

This place is horrible! Trashy, ghetto, unorganized crap! Worse than a second hand store and their prices aren’t that cheap!!! Totally misleading adds!

Be cautious ordering online thinking you can return to one of their stores so I wouldn’t have to pay the shipping cost to return if it didn’t work out. I placed an order for a coat for my daughter and paid with paypal. The coat came without any paperwork and was too big. Not a problem, I thought we’ll take it to a store and exchange it. But, I had to try three times before they finally gave me a store credit when I produced my order shipping confirmation and paypal statement. The first two times they insisted that I needed the credit card that I purchased the coat with. Really? Also, I would have gladly exchanged the coat but they had a very limited selection. Imagine almost no coats in January at Burlington COAT Factory! I got the store credit and my daughter found a nice coat at the new Clovis store. In fact, she had a hard time choosing as she found several options!

There are some really good deals here on jackets and clothes but I have found some of the same name brands for less at dd’s discounts
