A-1 Mobile Mini-Blind Window Wash & Wax

A1 just washed all my windows and blinds and they look great. They took care of all of it in one day, 16 windows and 13 blinds. I had already washed a few blinds and knew that I did not want to tackle all of them myself. The price was more than reasonable and the service was both friendly and professional. My boyfriend and I both work in law enforcement and are particular about who we have in our home. I felt very comfortable with the staff who came out to do the job. We will definitely be using A1 again! Thank you Joe!

My blinds were initially cleaned by this company without a problem. Then I purchased three (3) new blinds from them and had them take one out to their shop for repair of broken string. I paid them on March 16^th, 2012… big mistake… and of course the check was cashed on March 19^th. Since then. they have not shown up as scheduled on two days and are not answering any of my phone calls. So, they have My 3 new blinds and my older blind which is for a big window in my living room and matches others. I have sent e– mails and made multiple calls to the owner Bill May and to the his employee, Joe Borboa who came to my house to do the work.
I called them for the umpteenth time this morning but they won’t pick up when they see my number.
I am so exasperated with this dishonest business practice and terrible customer service.
