My husband and I bought our first home about a year ago which needed A LOT of work before moving in. We were scared to hire someone because of the stories you hear about ppl being unreliable etc etc. I asked around and was referred to Flahive.
Upon our first meeting I knew Dan was a straight shooter– we did a walk through and he took measurements. He was knowledgeable — didn’t try to sell me on anything– just asked what we envisioned and explained what he thought would work.
He showed up when he said he would and things all went as expected. He is thorough, honest and cares about the job.
Seriously our experience couldn’t have been better! He is very reliable and someone we really ending up trusting and liking. His crew are the nicest bunch of guys as well– by the end they felt like family.
We have had him work on many more things since our first renovation and I have many more on the list when finances allow.
