Domino’s Pizza

1 star is already being generous. Every single time I order delivery it is always cold when it gets to me. One time they sent the wrong soda and the last time the pizza looked like it was in the washer. The pieces were all over the place in the box and everything was cold. Never again will I order from there. It takes over an hour for them to deliver the food when it’s tracker said it left the store a long time ago.

The delivery takes way way way too long. The ‘pizza tracker’ online is an absolute lie. It will say the pizza is being inspected for quality for 45 – 65 minutes! If you call to see what’s going on, you’ll be on hold for 20 minutes. When the pizza does arrive it’s cold and always has a weird bad taste. Almost like they don’t ever clean the pans they cook on or pizza cutter. I can’t figure it out. Have stopped ordering from here, had only ordered out of sheer desperation when all else is closed. But even then not worth it. Don’t waste your time, money, and energy here.

I made a Unilocal just for this review. My friends and I placed an order at 5pm today. The expected wait time was 2 hours. After waiting the full two hours, they call us to tell us that they did not even begin making our order and will need 2 more hours to make. We cancelled and will never order from this specific dominoes again…

This place suck order took 45 minutes to arrive and was cold and to make worse I had to come down and get it from the driver cause he says they are not allow to up to the apartments

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!! so me and my husband ordered a pizza and some wings online and then after 5 mins we get a call from them saying THEY RAN OUT OF CHEESE and our order wont be delivered till another 2 hours so we was like w. e its okay. an hour goes by and we call them and ask them if they got there cheese lol smh and they said no call back in another 20 mins so 30 mins go by looking at 2hrs since we ordered and the guy tells me our order was cancelled !? i asked him why and he didn’t say nothing but would i wanna order again and pay and i will get my 30 dollars back in 5 days i told him NO and i want my pizza i originally ordered then he hung up on me. so i called back again to speak to manager and told him i want my pizza and wings i paid for they took my order surprisingly and an hour later i got a cold pizza and cold wings and the delivery driver was so rude he just gave me the pizza in my hand and rolled his eyes. this domino’s is disgusting !! i never had a problem with them in the past but now i will NEVER order from them again ! before i wrote this review i called the corporate office to file a complaint and to get my money back and they told me sorry about the service and they will get my money back and they will and have a convo with the owner of this location. They have some many bad reviews and this place needs to be either shut down or under new management. this is no way to treat customers !

Why I gave this place my money 3 separate times, I don’t know. Maybe I thought 3^rd times a charm? WRONG. This is the worst Dominos I’ve ever encountered. It doesn’t matter how many new people they hire and how many old people they fire, their service and food sucks! I live up the block from this place not even a 2 minute drive and it took them over an hour and a half to deliver my food which was cold and rubbery. The people that work there don’t care about the customers or the job they’re doing. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordering from Pizzahut from now on. They’re 4 miles away and get here in half the time Dominos does with hot food!

Ordered pizza on the web and it took almost hour and half to be delivered. Pizza was cold and tasted horrible. I don’t know what I was thinking ordering from a chain pizza shop when there are so many great family owned pizzeria.

Horrible service waited forever, driver couldn’t find address which is only a mile away. call store which is clueless, non apologetic so cancel order

Words do not describe the horror that is this pizza. It offends pizza everywhere to even call it pizza. I’m not sure if this Dominos has gone downhill or all Dominos have, but go ahead and pay fast food workers $ 15 an hour for delivery that’s incorrect and takes an hour. The Brooklyn style used to be decent in a pinch, is now a little larger and slightly thicker than the thin crust. If I were Brooklyn, I’d sue for dragging their good name through the mud. All for $ 30. Order from Romeos or Acqua instead.

This place sucks. sucks really bad. I’m writing this review as I am STILL waiting for my order.
I placed an order at 5:24pm and it’s now 7:05pm. The approximate time wait for delivery was 80 – 90 minutes. Clearly, it’s been longer than that. I called the store for a follow up and the person who picked up was incredibly rude. I asked him if my order was out for delivery already, and his response was that it was STILL in the store and it would be another 40 minutes for it to go out for delivery. Then I asked him why was it taking so long and his reply was that it was ONLY today that everything is slow. ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHY THE HELL DOES IT TAKE 130 MINUTES FOR A DELIVERY? If I had known it was going to take this long I would’ve called another pizzeria. They probably would’ve got to my place within 45 minutes. I will never order from this place ever again. It’s not worth the wasted time I waited for this delivery.

ITS NOW 8:35PM AND THERES STILL NO PIZZA IN MY TUMMY. IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES AND WHY DOES IT TAKE 3 HOURS FOR A PIZZA DELIVERY. I DONT UNDERSTAND.

I guess dominos in general cannot get it right! I ordered from a different one on union turnpike. The gentlemen delivered the food and it was missing a pie. We called the store back it’s going on an hour now and the pie still hasn’t been delivered. I called back again to find out what was going on, the gentleman was RUDE, Unprofessional, he told me they were busy and I had to wait for my food. I then proceeded to explain that the driver messed up and we should’ve been priority to have our food delivered. He tried to start debating said regardless I have to wait, rather then stooping down to his ignorant tone I told him ok and ended the conversation. Needless to say I’m done with dominos. I’ll be ordering papa johns from now on. They have way better customer service and I never have issues. UNBELIEVABLE. I regret not getting the mans name truly disgusted!

Horrible customer service! Will never order from here again! The store forgot to bring the extra icing I ordered for two orders of the chocolate lava cakes. I called the driver to let him know but he gave me so much attitude. He asked me to double check the boxes. Obviously I checked the boxes or else I wouldn’t be calling?! He then proceeded to ask me to check the outside of the box to see if it was written on the box. I told him that I had received the email confirmation confirming the extra icing. He told me to call the store to place another order. I spoke with the manager who was very unapologetic and disinterested telling me that they would resend everything but I would have to wait over an hour. I guess that is great and all but hope they don’t spit in my cakes now… Don’t think I will ever order from this location again!!!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Only order from here if u have a lot of patience otherwise you will surely pull your hair out.

I placed my order at 12:04. The website said I was to receive the order in 17 – 27 minutes. The order came 70 minutes later.
This website told me that the order was cooked at 12:13. This means my order just sat there for an hour.
I called at 12:47 to ask what was happening, and I was told that the order had just been cooked and was not just sitting around. This was clearly a lie. Why would the website tell me the order was completed for 35 minutes when that was untrue? Either someone lied when they input the information, or whichever woman who answered the phone lied to me when I called. Someone could have at least told me the truth. Even then, the order did not arrive for another 20 minutes.
Absolutely disgraceful. Something ought to be done with the people behind the counter in that store. It is not the first time I have heard of this same store having these problems.
Clean house, because something like this is emblematic of deeper problems.
I will say that the delivery driver was very sorry and truly upset at the dysfunction of the store. He’s a good man, and an honest worker. I wanted to give him 1 star, but I can’t. He was fantastic. Keep him. Get rid of everyone else.

I went to order a large pizza pie and as they were making it (the entire time), the manager and worker was arguing very loudly about Hinduism and Christianity. They were defending their own religion.
Very unprofessional.
When I got home, the box slipped out from my hands and all the pizza fell on the floor. The pizza was not made with a good and positive mind.
I would not go back.

Rude staff. Cashier was rude, made me wait 45 mins for carry out and offered me a fountain soda for the delay. She had an extreme attitude and didn’t care that I waited so long. I left and went to papa johns. This dominoes is horrible.

If I can give it NO STARS I would. Placed an order at 7:14pm and got an email confirmation. It is currently 9pm and I still haven’t received my order. I tried tracking my order online and it says my order isn’t found. Are you serious? So I call them and wait on the phone for 30 minutes and no pick up. Every time I would try to call again, someone picks up then hangs up. Poor and beyond slow customer service. ANNOYING.

Waited over 45 minutes for my order to arrive when I’m only a 3 minute car ride away. I paid extra for an additional cup of dipping sauce and it was MISSING from my order. So much for the «Quality Check» on their online tracker. I called them about it just for a simple 50 cent refund but they couldn’t even do it. I asked why and the girl said «we can’t». I wouldn’t even have cared about the missing dip i paid for if the wings I ordered didn’t taste like crap and the order come on time.
Overall this place sucks and they just lost my business for good. Looks like I’m not the only one that thinks so on here.

Horrendous service. I wish I had come to Unilocal before ordering from this location, but I never would have thought Domino’s could be THIS bad. I ordered two VERY SIMPLE TO MAKE medium pizzas. It took 15 minutes for the tracker to go from the quality check to the delivery status. This was already a red flag, but the delivery time is what made this even worse. All in all, after ordering the pizza at 8:12pm on a Sunday night, we did not get our food until 9:26pm, and this was AFTER a phone call asking where the pizza was. When the delivery guy arrived, he was on the phone with someone and refused to listen to any complaints. His comment was «It’s busy out here.» Completely unacceptable. DO NOT order from here, unless you like COLD pizza that is delivered more than an hour later.

Worst service on the planet, ordered pizza online at 9 pm, Badar delivery guy left at 9:57 pm (I don’t know what sort of pizza they were making or how they were making it that took so long) pizza guy arrived at 10:50 pm (total miles 1) it took him 50 minutes to come here. And the pizza was cold, I complained and the guy was rude. Never recommend, will never order again.
