HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dan Pinkevich (the manager at Water Concepts) helped us while we built a home. Dan gave us the best quality for the best price. I compared Water Concepts to Home Depot and found that the prices were comparable for the comparable quality. I decided to go with better quality because the cost of installation justifies the upgrade (better quality lasts longer, with fewer repairs).
On more than one occasion the plumber had to call Dan for instructions on installation. I know that Home Depot would not have provided that kind of follow up service. The other thing I appreciated about Dan is the fact that he was patient with us about the many decisions that go into a new home construction. Their selection at the store and their extensive catalog selections made it possible to find exactly what we wanted. We will always use Water Concepts for plumbing purchases.

I had heard about this place from a friend when he was remodeling and I thought I’d stop by when I was in the area to poke around maybe ask some questions. I have to say the show room was beautiful! Definitely a step up from OSH and home Depot. The lady that helped was super nice and very knowledgeable… she even told me a funny anecdote about her husband putting a new toilet in. These will definitely get repeat business from me! Ask for Sherri!

They have beautiful bathroom and kitchen items, but the service is beyond average. Whatever I asked, the staff gave me an answer which is useless. There were only 2 couples of customers in store, but all the staff were busy on something, even they were not busy before I tried to ask questions. Not very comfortable with the service.
Will not come back. Bye-​bye!

This is the best source for mid to higher end kitchen and bath fixtures in the southeast bay. I highly recommend Dan, the manager. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Prices are fair — can be higher than rock bottom prices on the internet buy the service you get makes it worthwhile. They are willing to match prices within reason too.

Was shopping for a new toilet and my dad wanted to check out a couple places. Of course we went to the usual big box places and then decided to stop buy here. I was very pleased with the knowledge and personalized customer service Ken gave us. Prices are fair and I’d always rather keep bus less local then order something from a faceless online store. I mean service is worth something right? Anyways told me would come in Tuesday and guess what Tuesday rolls around and like clock work Ken calls, in ready for pick up. I go in to pick it up and the most polite woman Lynn helps me out, I get my Toto toilet and I’m on my way in less then 5 minutes. Highly recommend you shop here! Thanks WC!

We bought our bathroom fan here many years ago, and have been very happy with it. So when we were organizing our bathroom remodel recently, WaterConcepts was on our shortlist for countertops, faucets, and other items.
The showroom isn’t huge, but the selection is good. We also found Scott Beck to be extremely helpful as we winnowed down our countertop options. In the end, we ended up buying elsewhere this time, because we found a remnant slab that was perfect for us and significantly cheaper too. Had that not happened, we quite possibly would have bought a Vetrazzo countertop from WaterConcepts.
We briefly considered WaterConcepts for faucets too, but frankly the styles we were looking for in the brands they stock were out of our price range. In hindsight, I might have given some of the California Faucets a closer look, as they are assembled in the U.S. (although the parts are still mostly from China, as are most faucets these days — even the high-​end ones), but the price was too much to overcome this time.
I’m sure we’ll come back here in the future for other bathroom fixtures.

I agree. OVERPRICED. Shop around on the internet first to realize how much they were going to overcharge you. Kitchen faucets that WC was going to sell me for $ 380 (Hansgrohe Interaktiv S HighArc 1 Spray Pull-​Out) can be bought for $ 276 from
. Some of their salesmen are strutting around like waiters at Spago. We’re not buying Wolgang Puck’s culinary creation here. A faucet is a faucet, it does not matter from whom we buy it.
