My first time with Dr. Bahaskari, she was very nice my daughter had some respiratory issues so I addressed them. She recommended a prescription. Over all establishment was clean I was happy with that. I was seen soon, I had issues with the front staff. It’s a mess! I don’t think the back staff and front office communicated well. The are obviously short staff. They don’t have someone specifically for checkouts! So front desk is doing new patient, appts, check out. And every thing else phone calls. So back to my prescription I wasn’t giving one nor was it entered. So I had to call the office to straighten that out. I have been on hold for over 30min and not once did someone come on the phone to reassure me that my call is important or that it will be a long wait! When you are put on hold there is dead air so you don’t know if your on hold or they just hung up. They lack customer service skills when it comes to high call volume. Both ladies are nice they are just short staff, which makes the experience unbearable.
