The staff is super friendly always smiling always makes you feel welcomed and I love it here To be honest I wouldn’t want to go to any other subway but this one. Not only is it a subway but it’s also a bagel shop who doesn’t love bagels!

very good. Pammi is an excellant server. very fast and friendly. We live around the corner from the Hub Subway but to many times they have skimped on the meat. so we prefer the Subway on Mowry and Blacow. It’s not too much and just enough meat. Thank you Pammi.

We’re here for lunch so I ordered 2 sandwiches; 1 footlong and a six inch both sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I wish the server told us that it was their $ 6 footlong of the day because I paid extra for my six inch sandwich. Service is alright but their communication skill is totally lacking.

Horrible business etiquette close up shop 50 minutes prior to posted time which was 10pm. This inconvenience gave me enough reason to not go back in the futute.

This is review is based on the bagel shop.
They had a large selection of bagels and coffee. I had the garlic parmesan bagel and an iced cinnamon toast latte.
I just wish that my bagel was a little more toasted. But overall really good.

The food is comparable to other Subways. This Subway charged my debit card twice for 1 transaction. I called my bank to reverse this transaction. When I was eating, I was the only customer in the Subway. This Subway is Indian ran and while I was eating a meeting was going on. If you go here, YOU MIGHT GET SCAMMED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY.

Of all the Subways to go to, I love coming here because it’s literally down the street from my house. They’re always good with giving extra stuff for you, but when I came in here on Saturday on my lunch break (which was 30 minutes), it took about 20 minutes of my lunch break just getting my sandwich. I mean the line was hella backed up! I understand they have a new trainee in the store, but they should schedule him on the slowest days of the week. I didn’t even get to eat my sandwich on my lunch break because it took so long. Sad face :(
Other than the newbie taking so long, generally, I love coming here because the people that own this store are the nicest people you could ever come across. They even recognize my sisters because they come here so much too haha.

Very disappointed in the time it takes to get a sandwich here. Waited 10 minutes with only two people ahead of me on a Sunday afternoon. It’s finally my turn to have two sandwiches made and by the time the young man carefully makes my sandwich, the manager is helping the next in line with his four sandwiches and puts his in the oven and now I have to wait to have mine toasted and put the condiments on while the four sandwiches after me are being done. Really??? One guy said it took him over 20 minutes to get his sandwich once… well I was there for at least 20 minutes trying to get two sandwiches. I will go to the one by the Fremont hub next time. Very poor customer service, especially when it is a manger doing this. Also, word of advice to the staff. If you sneeze, excuse yourself and wash your hands and put new gloves on (I don’t care if you sneezed in your sleeve). Gross!

This has to be one of the slowest subways ever, the employees are unproductive… They stand and wait for the sandwich to come out of the oven before starting another sandwich. There is no rush of urgency here. The employees are polite but sadly unproductive. I have been standing here for about 15 minutes already and still have yet to order my sandwich and there is still a mother and son ahead of me.

Worst subway I have ever been to. I had to wait 34 minutes in line… And there were only 4 people in front of me. When I get up to the counter, I ordered my sandwich, and the guy said «oh ya, we are out of that one (chicken enchilada)». He could tell that I was a little frustrated because I had just stood in line for over 30 minutes. There was no sign saying they were out of chicken for the sandwich, yet they had 3 different signs promoting the new sandwich. The guy didn’t even say sorry. He just laughed. Not cool
Don’t promote something if you don’t have the ingredients to make the sandwich.
Save yourself 30 minutes, and go to a different subway!!!

Better than the other subways around here. Makes sandwiches with lots of veggies and actually give you more than 2 pieces of spinach. This place is also the same place as big apple begals so if you come with friends they have other choices.

Of all the subways in Fremont, this is one of the best. They are not stingy on the toppings and quick with making the sandwiches. The staff has always been nice to me whenever I come in.
One star off because the floor where you get your soda was wet and sticky. Often times its not this dirty but I did not want to step on it to get my drink.
Overall, great subway.

MOST of the subways I go go give you «barely» what they are required to give you and nothing moe, with this place I found they the sandwiches are a tad more «meatier» and I got more veggies without asking for it, like i do with other subway restaurants I am hesitant to give 4 stars to a subway but they tend to go a little bit beyond what you would see at other subways. Not sure who agrees but you could give this one a try.

I decided to try the Applewood pork sub… bad idea. I usually get the tuna, but thought I’d try something different. I ate it because I was hungry. You messed up Subway. That thing was plain and I was not excited to eat it after seeing the way it’s prepared. The pork was pulled out of the fridge in what seemed to be Hot Pocket trays and placed in the microwave for about two minutes. It had a soggy reheated after taste. I’ll stick to my tuna next time.

These guys are truly talented sandwich artists. It may seem silly to care so much about how your footlong is made, but placing the ingredients properly can make or break the sandwich. I am happy to report that these guys do it right.
The only drawback to this place is when the grumpy old man is behind the counter. He must be the owner or manager because he bosses everyone else around. It doesn’t affect the sandwich quality at all, he just throws a wrench into the usually smooth running operation and stresses everyone out. It kind of affects the atmosphere and mood of the place when he is around and makes for an unpleasant experience.
5 Stars when he’s not around.

I ordered a common sandwich and asked for everything on it except for mayo and pickles. Simple right? You’d think.

This location is far, far better than the one on Thornton. The service was a million times better and I actually got a decent sandwich. The guy making my sandwich actually bothered to put enough cheese and more than 4 olives. The bread was good and seemed pretty fresh as well.
The floors could have used a sweeping by the windows/​tables, but I went in later in the day and there were only 2 guys working both the Subway and Big Apple Bagel counters so I guess I can give them a bit of a pass.
Either way my experience here was far better than the one on Thornton.

Good place for a decent sandwich. If u ask for more of something, they happily do it. Bread is always fresh. Good service.
It’s too bad they dropped their points promo. Well at least I was able to get a few free things.
