Serena is an inspiring business woman in the house cleaning industry. I had a house that was just cleaned where my mom who passed away had previously lived. We were preparing for listing the house. Needless to say the house needed a deep clean move out service. Based on minimal cleaning and neglect, I had doubts if anyone could clean some really grimy areas. This included including carpet issues. Although I believe Serena under bid the job, she took the extra time to do what was needed to ensure the job was spotless. She never even brought up increasing her bid, despite having to put in at least double the time I think she projected. Her goal was to keep me happy and to do an impeccable job. If you want detail, and customer service she is the one.

She did a great job cleaning the bathroom which had decent amount of mold.
She also cleaned the kitchen sink for free which had stains on it.
Good thing with this cleaning service is you can contact by email (don’t always have to be on phone) and send pictures of the cleaning rooms for them to estimate. Overall a satisfied and economical option.
She came for quite a few times, but later didnt show up. Not reliable.

Serene clean is extremely professional and did a great job at my house! My dad had a stroke last month and we needed help around the house so I was referred to Serena by a friend and she is such a sweet and professional person. She really takes her time and gets everything superbly clean!
She detail cleaned the bathroom as well as is my bedroom and the living room as well. I support this business to the fullest and will definitely be calling her every season for help. Thank you so much Serena for cleaning our house and just overall having a great personality!
If you want someone who genuinely takes their time, is very professional and licensed then I definitely recommend this place!
